Nevertheless, numerous tenders have managed to fail during the implementation of e-tendering for construction works. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that contribute to tender failures throughout the Surabaya City area. The factors that contributed to the tender's failure were identified from the results of the 220 construction tenders stated on the LPSE website. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to obtain factors that cause e-tender failures from the data obtained. Administrative, technical, price, and qualification criteria are the most dominant four failure criteria. Using qualitative methods with previous library studies this research takes data secondary from credible articles and journals as the main material of research. Upon completing research and also a scholarly review, researchers found that there were indications when an engineer changed from the public to the private sector. There are changes in salary structure, changes in image, kinds of work, job security, among other things. Pemanfaatan fungsi tepian sungai menjadi ruang terbuka publik tidak dibarengi dengan pembangunan fasilitas infrastruktur yang memadai. Melalui penelitian ini akan dikaji mengenai kebutuhan fasilitas, tingkat pelayanan dan nilai ekonomis pengembangan fasiltas di area pelataran 7 Ulu. Untuk dapat mengetahui apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan, diperlukan pengamatan terhadap setting fisik dan aktivitas, pembobotan fasilitas eksisting berdasar kriteria waterfront design character dengan metode skala likert, analisis tingkat pelayanan pelataran dan kebutuhan fasilitas dengan metode level of service. Nilai investasi dari fasilitas yang ditambahkan dianalisis menggunakan net present value, payback periods, internal rate of return dan depresiasi. Dari analisis nilai investasi diketahui bahwa perencanaan fasilitas dermaga wisata, kulinery, papan iklan menjadikan perencanaan fasilitas 7 Ulu layak investasi. Peningkatan terhadap standar pelayanan umum seperti pencapaian menuju pelataran, fasilitas-fasilitas penunjang dan keamanan musti kontekstual dengan karakter kawasan sehingga penataan pelataran dapat mendukung kawasan pelestarian 7 Ulu. \u0000Kata kunci: Fasilitas, Ruang Terbuka Publik \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000The existence of public open space on the banks of the Musi river, Palembang has not been used optimally, such as the 7 Ulu courtyard area in the Kapitan Village area which is empty of visitors. Utilization of the function of river banks into public open spaces is not accompanied by the development of adequate infrastructure facilities. Through this research, it will be studied about the need for facilities, service levels and the economic value of developing facilities in the courtyard area of 7 Ulu. To be able to find out what needs to be improved, it is necessary to observe the physical setting and activities, the weighting of the existing facilities based on the waterfront design character criteria using the Likert scale method, analysis of the level of service in the yard and the need for facilities using the level of service method. The investment value of the added facilities was analyzed using net present value, payback periods, internal rate of return and depreciation. From the analysis of the investment value, it is known that the planning of tourist pier facilities, culinary, and billboards makes the planning of the 7 Ulu facility worthy of investment. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan benda uji paving block menggunakan limbah plastik PET, limbah plastik PP dan tanah diatomae sebagai bahan pengganti pasir dalam populasinya terdapat 5 presentase yaitu 0% (control), 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 20% dengan jumlah benda uji setiap variasi adalah 14 buah. Benda uji pada penelitian ini berukuran 210 mm x 105 mm x 80 mm berbentuk balok yang dicetak menggunakan mesin press vibrator. Setelah selesai pencetakan, benda uji dilakukan perawatan (curing) di dalam bak air selama ±28 hari. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian untuk mengetahui mutu benda uji sesuai dengan SNI 03-0691-1996 mengenai paving block, berupa uji tampak dan ukuran, uji kuat tekan, uji daya serap air, dan uji ketahanan terhadap Natrium Sulfat. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil kuat tekan pada substitusi agregat halus buatan dengan variasi 0% (control), 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 20% berturut-turut 17,708 Mpa (Mutu B), 18,479 Mpa (Mutu B), 18,722 Mpa (Mutu B), 17,936 Mpa (Mutu B), dan 14,749 Mpa (Mutu C). Pada uji daya serap air hanya paving block dengan variasi 20% yang masuk ke dalam mutu C, kemudian pada pengujian ketahanan aus seluruh benda uji masuk ke dalam mutu A. Sementara untuk uji ketahanan terhadap Natrium Sulfat, hanya variasi 0% dan 5% yang tidak lolos uji. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan limbah plastik PET, limbah plastik PP, dan tanah diatomae sebagai agregat halus buatan yang disubstitusi ke agregat halus alami pada variasi 10% mampu mencapai mutu B yang digunakan sebagai peralatan parkir. \u0000Kata kunci: Limbah Plastik PET, Limbah Plastik PP, Tanah Diatomae, Agregat Halus, Paving Block, SNI 03-0691-1996 \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000This study aims to determine the effect of the utilization of PET plastic waste, PP plastic waste and diatomaceous earth as a substitute for sand so that the quality that can be achieved and its conformity with SNI 03-0691-1996 regarding paving blocks physically and mechanically can be determined. This study uses an experimental method with paving block specimens using plastic as a substitute for sand in the population there are 5 percentages, namely 0% (control), 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% with the number of specimens for each variation is 14 pieces. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat E-Module bahan ajar mata kuliah Gambar Teknik 2 Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode 4D yang penerapannya dilakukan sampai dengan proses pengembangan produk. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan lift dengan Likert sebagai skala yang digunakan untuk mengubahnya menjadi data. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada ahli media, ahli materi dan mahasiswa yang sudah mengikuti mata kuliah Gambar Teknik 2 sebelumnya, kemudian dihitung rata-ratanya. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah skor dengan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,3 yang termasuk kategori baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah bahan ajar yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori layak, dan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata kuliah Gambar Teknik 2. \u0000Kata kunci: Covid-19, Bahan ajar, E-modul, Gambar teknik 2 \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000This research was motivated by covid-19 which caused boredom for students and Reduced motivation from students to explore the learning material especially in the Engineering Drawing course 2. The purpose of this study is to create E-Module teaching materials for the Engineering Drawing course 2. The research method used is the 4D method, the application of which is carried out up to the product development process. Analysis which is done by spreading the lift with a Likert as the scale used for turn it into data. The questionnaire was distributed to media experts, material experts and student that already followed the previous Engineering Drawing courses 2, then calculate the average. The results obtained are a score with an overall average of 4.3 which is included good category. Prihantono, Anisah Anisah","doi":"10.21009/jpensil.v10i3.23242","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21009/jpensil.v10i3.23242","url":null,"abstract":"Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahaya dan risiko pada proses pekerjaan pemasangan sandwich panel, proses identifikasi bahaya dan risiko menggunakan instrumen lembar Job Safety Analysis sedangkan penilaian risiko menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif W.T Fine J yang mengacu pada standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 tentang Risk Management. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi lapangan, wawancara dan focus group discussion. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dalam bentuk tabel identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko kemudian dideskripsi secara objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam bahaya dalam proses pekerjaan pemasangan sandwich panel antara lain bahaya mekanis, listrik, fisik, biologi, ergonomis dan biologis. Risiko yang teridentifikasi sebanyak 21 risiko dengan 7 level risiko Very High (33%), 5 level Priority 1 (24%), 6 level Substansial (29%) dan 3 level Priority 3 (14%). \u0000Kata kunci: Identifikasi bahaya, penilaian resiko, JSA, sandwich panel \u0000Abstract \u0000This study aims to determine the hazards and risks in the work process of installing sandwich panels, the process of identifying hazards and risks using the Job Safety Analysis sheet instrument while the risk assessment uses the semi-quantitative W.T Fine J method which refers to the AS/NZS 4360:2004 standard on Risk Management. Data collection was carried out using field observations, interviews and focus group discussions. The data obtained were analyzed in the form of a table of hazard identification and risk assessment and then described objectively. The results showed that there were six hazards in the work process of installing sandwich panels, including mechanical, electrical, physical, biological, ergonomic and biological hazards. Untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang sesuai dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimal, maka siswa dituntut untuk mandiri, mempunyai daya berpikir kritis dan motivasi belajar yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar korelasi/pengaruh antara berpikir kritis, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelatif, dengan analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan sebaran angket melalui Google Form. Penelitian dilaksanakan di salah satu SMK Negeri di Jakarta dengan populasi siswa kelas X DPIB sebanyak 70 siswa dan sampel diambil 40 siswa. Hasil belajar yang di gunakan adalah hasil belajar nilai ketrampilan mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik yang diambil dari hasil nilai tugas selama satu semester. Hasil penelitian yang didapat ternyata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa mempunyai korelasi dengan hasil belajar jika siswa memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru dan mempunyai media pembelajaran yang memadai, sedangkan semangat belajar mempunyai korelasi positif dengan derajat sedang dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Jika semangat belajar tinggi, maka akan mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik. \u0000Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Daring, Berpikir Kritis, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar \u0000Abstract \u0000In online learning there are many obstacles faced by both students and teachers, this is because students and teachers cannot interact as in face-to-face learning so that students have difficulty capturing the material presented by the teacher. To get learning outcomes that are in accordance with the minimum completeness criteria, students are required to be independent, have critical thinking power and high learning motivation. This study aims to determine how big the correlation/influence between critical thinking, learning motivation and student learning outcomes. The method used is quantitative correlation, with data analysis using SPSS. The research was conducted in one of the State Vocational High Schools in Jakarta with a population of students of class X DPIB and 40 students were taken as samples. The learning outcomes used are the results of learning the value of the Engineering Drawing subject skills taken from the results of the value of the assignment for one semester. The results of the study showed that students' critical thinking skills had a correlation with learning outcomes if students understood the material presented by the teacher and had adequate learning media. Meanwhile, the spirit of learning has a positive correlation with moderate and significant degrees of learning outcomes. Eksperimen semu digunakan dalam riset ini dengan desain pre- test post- test kontrol tim. Sampel dipisah dalam kelompok eksperimen, yang memakai permainan pembelajaran KAHOOT! serta kelompok kontrol yang memakai prosedur konvensional. Memanfaatkan instrumen RPP serta soal tes. Bersumber pada informasi dilapangan, rata- rata nilai pre- test kelompok eksperimen 51, 57 serta kelompok kontrol 51, 87. Sesudah diberi perlakuan, rata- rata nilai kelompok eksperimen 83, 80 sebaliknya kelompok kontrol 74, 33. Hasil nilai signifikansi dari uji- t 0, 000< 0, 05. Sehingga bisa disimpulan terdapat perbandingan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen serta kelas kontrol. \u0000Kata kunci: Pengaruh, Media, Hasil Belajar \u0000 \u0000Abstract \u0000The purpose of this research is to identify the comparison of learning outcomes between classes that learn to use the interactive media learning model using the KAHOOT! With a class that learns with conventional procedures on the subject of building construction for class XI students of SMAN 1 Percut Sei Tuan. A quasi-experiment was used in this research with a pre-test post-test control team design. The samples were separated into the experimental group, which used the KAHOOT! And a control group using conventional procedures. Utilize lesson plans and test questions. Based on information in the field, the average pre-test value of the experimental group was 51.57 and the control group was 51.87. After being given treatment, the average value of the experimental group was 83.80, while the control group was 74.33. The results of the significance value of the tests t 0, 000< 0.05. Karena Covid-19, seluruh sistem kehidupan telah berubah secara besar-besaran di semua aspek kehidupan. Pemerintah di berbagai negara telah menerapkan lockdown. Salah satu dampak lockdown khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan Indonesia adalah pembelajaran dilakukan di rumah secara online. Karena pembelajaran dilakukan secara online maka perlu mendorong siswa untuk merangsang semangat belajar salah satunya dengan meningkatkan motivasi belajar, yang kemudian dengan motivasi tersebut siswa mampu berpikir kritis untuk memperoleh prestasi yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi dan berpikir kritis selama pembelajaran online. Metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan menggunakan google form untuk mengumpulkan data survei dari beberapa SMK di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama bulan November 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi dan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar online pada SMK. \u0000Kata kunci: Covid-19, Motivasi, Berpikir Kritis, Pembelajaran Online, Siswa SMK \u0000Abstract \u0000The current world health threat is a disease originating from a virus that attacks the respiratory tract, and recently it has been called Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Because of Covid-19, the entire system of life has changed massively in all aspects of life. Governments in various countries have implemented lockdowns. One of the effects of the lockdown, especially in Indonesian education, is that learning is carried out at home online. Because learning is carried out online, it is necessary to encourage students to stimulate the enthusiasm for learning, one of which is by increasing learning motivation, which is then with that motivation students are able to think critically to obtain the desired achievement. This study aims to describe motivation and critical thinking during online learning. Descriptive method is used in this research and google form is used for survey data collection from several vocational high schools in several cities in Indonesia. This research was conducted during November 2020. Penelitian ini termasuk metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian pengembangan ADDIE yang dilakukan dalam lima tahap, yaitu analisis, perancangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan instrumen non tes berupa angket. Angket digunakan untuk validasi produk yang dilakukan oleh ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli materi dan ahli media juga menambah penilaian mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti Gambar Teknik II. Hasil kelayakan produk berupa web pembelajaran dengan hasil validasi yaitu ahli desain pembelajaran memperoleh persentase sebesar 62% dengan kategori layak, ahli media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 88% dengan kategori sangat layak dan ahli materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 90% dengan kategori sangat layak. Untuk hasil belajar siswa, penilaian yang diperoleh yaitu 80% dengan kategori layak dan dari hasil keefektifan produk diperoleh hasil pretest 54,66 dan hasil posttest 82,73. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa web pembelajaran mata kuliah Gambar Teknik II sudah layak dan layak digunakan. \u0000Kata kunci: Web, Gambar Teknik II, Moodle, ADDIE \u0000Abstract \u0000This study aims to develop learning media web-based on the Engineering Drawing II course. This research includes research methods Research and Development (R&D) with a research model ADDIE development is carried out in five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This development research using a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Questionnaires are used for validation products carried out by instructional design experts, material experts and media experts also add to the assessments of students who have taken courses Engineering Drawing II. The product feasibility results are in the form of a learning web with the results of expert validation, namely instructional design experts obtained a percentage of 62% with the \"feasible\" category, media experts get a percentage of 88% with category \"very feasible\" and material experts get a percentage of 90% with category \"very decent\". For the results of the student, assessment obtained an average percentage score of 80% with the \"feasible\" category and from the results of the effectiveness of the product obtained 54.66 pretest results and 82.73 posttest results.
