Objek penelitian ini adalah Guru yang bekerja di SMA Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 56 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Program-program yang telah disusun untuk jangka panjang harus diubah untuk menyesuaikan dengan situasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) dan Organizational Cultural Terhadap Organizational Performance Pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) di Kota Makassar,Sulawesi Selatan.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 41 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). While the use of credit cards provides a payment system that is more practical, fast, secure and convenient but in its use it requires financial literacy and a good financial attitude so that credit cards can be based on important needs and in accordance with the financial situation of each customer. This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on credit card payment behavior at Mercu Buana Meruya University. The sample used amounted to 73 respondents in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Studies at Mercu Buana Meruya University. The data was collected using questionnaires, the sampling technique used in this study is a non probability sampling technique. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22.
