Это предопределено тем, что сфера туризма, как и любая региональная функциональная экономическая среда, существует и действует в условиях активного взаимодействия с общественным окружением. Базой регулирования туризма в Молдове является Закон «Об организации и осуществлении туристической деятельности» (№ 352-XVI от 24 ноября 2006 г.), который регулирует государственную политику в области туризма, организацию и продвижение туристической деятельности в стране, права и обязанности туристов, вопросы их страхования и безопасности, экономическую деятельность в области туризма, международную деятельность, вопросы создания и функционирования национальных туристических зон, а также профессиональную подготовку в области туризма. Рассматривается мультикультурализм как важная составляющая, влияющая на эффективное развитие туристической деятельности в Молдове. Cel mai vizibil efect al migrației dar și cel mai controversat, sunt transferurile de mijloace banesti ale migrantilor. Amploarea pe care acestea au căpătat-o de-a lungul timpului, a sporit treptat interesul asupra modului în care fluxurile financiare pot fi atrase în circuitul economic al statelor. Contextul actual al pandemiei de COVID-19 și restricțiile de circulație au adus însă un dezechilibru al fenomenului migrator: odată cu reducerea migrației noi și accentuarea migrației de reîntoarcere, numărul migranților capabili să se adapteze provocărilor economice din țările de destinație și să continue să trimită remitențe în țările de origine este și va continua să fie afectat în perioada următoare. This paper aims to analyze the link between the exchange rate regime and international trade, in order to demonstrate whether there is an influence of the choice of exchange rate regime on the volume of trade. It also analyzes the influence of exchange rate volatility on international trade. The objectives of this research were: knowing the options for choosing an exchange rate regime; distinguishing the factors that determine the choice of an exchange rate regime; understanding the theories presented on exchange rate regimes; analysis of the impact of choosing an exchange rate regime in the countries of Central and South-Eastern Europe All data used in the paper were collected from articles, reports, summaries, statistics, books, but also official sites such as the International Monetary Fund or the Eurostat website. In general terms, labor, according to the theories of some economists, is a major factor in production. Along with the capital and financial-material resources, the work comes to complete, from a factorial point of view, the conditions for obtaining the best possible production. The labor force must be interpreted as part of the employed population, which operates on the basis of an employment contract. In the concrete situation of Romania, the number of employees is completed with the number of unemployed who together constitute the employed population in Romania. As a rule, the labor force must be recruited from the unemployed population, the population that is made up of the unemployed or is the active population, without fulfilling the conditions to pass into the category of the employed population. In this context, the territorial employment offices pursue persons registered as unemployed, who are thus considered or as a jobseeker. Labor market rigidity is becoming an increasingly important issue in the wake of the shocks associated with economic crises. The labor market has faced major changes in the context of the economic transition process, manifested by the reduction of the active and employed population, maintaining the unemployment rate at constant values. The labor market is generally affected by the limited capacity to create new jobs.
