The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects or informants taken in this study were determined by purposive procedures. The data collection of this research is by deep interview. The conclusion of this research is with competitive strategy that applied, Desa Puri Syariah Hotel able to survive in the syariah accommodation business competition in Yogyakarta. Methods that was used for this research is qualitative approach. The data retrieval process is done by interview method. The researcher interviewed 4 informants, they are 2 members of PIPO, a facilitator lecturer of PIPO, and a motivation expert. The aim of this research is to improve the performance of the members of PIPO by evaluating their work motivation. Based on the result of the interview, it has been found that the performance of PIPO was already good enough but has not maximum yet so it still can be improved, while for the valuation of the work motivation in PIPO decreased because of the rushing activity and has reached saturation point. The result of this research is that to increase the work motivation in PIPO, each member must search for internal motivation first and each member has to be open with one another so they can support each other. The problems of BPR as micro financial institutions. In doing their business to  distribute  the credit up to certain amount, are  the  commercial banks  which  have more  competitive advantages, in both  the price  and facilities provided. The objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing the customers in making decisions to take the credit at BPR. By identifying the determinant factors in choosing the banks, BPR can use it to improve their services to the customers and at the same time BPR can use it as a strategy in giving credit to the customers or debtors. The method used in this study was regressive logistic method, which was  used to  identify  what factors determine the customers to choose credist at BPR. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 130 people who have two or more Honda motorcycles in the last 5 years in Surabaya, then processed using Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS 20.0 software. The result of research indicated that the direct effect of product quality to customer loyalty is 0.270, while the influence of product quality to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is 0.102. The value of the direct effect of product quality on customer loyalty is greater than the indirect effect. The results showed that there is no direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty because the value is very small that is 0,065, while the influence of service quality to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is also very small that is equal to 0.049. The direct effect of price perception on customer loyalty is 0.236, while the effect of price perception on customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is 0.064. Sales force management is often seen as part of marketing management is crucial in supporting the success of the company. The purpose of this study to analyze the impact of customer orientation, adaptive selling, and quality-customer relationship salesperson to salesperson performance. Methods in this study conducted by questionnaire. The population in this study is the salesperson who is in the marketing office of PT. Prudential Life Assurance in JL Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, No. 40 A Semarang, the sample used in this study were 85 respondents and sampling of the population using purposive sampling technique. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis with SPSS applications 21. The method used in this research is the method of observation and questionnaire by using Likert scale. Sampling method used using convenience sampling method as many as 100 samples. The method of analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that the service quality consisting of Tangibles (X1), Assurance (X2) and Empathy (X3) partially or individually has a significant influence on the satisfaction of society. Where the regression equation Y = 1.853 + 0.251X1 + 0.106X2 + 0.162X3 + 0.207X4 + 0.196X5. The result of t test shows that the quality of service consisting of Tangibles (X1), Assurance (X2) and Empathy (X3) has significant effect on the satisfaction of the community is shown by significant of each variable <0,05. This paper will start with market segmentation and Village cinema’s target customers; furthermore it draws Village’s position map comparing to its competitors in Indonesian market. Not to mention that Indonesian Cineplex has been quite established in many Indonesian primary cities with XX1, 21 Cineplex and CGV formerly Blitz Megaplex lead the market share accordingly. A robust SMEs sector must be supported with good administration. One of the problems faced by the perpetrators of SMEs is the administrative problems associated with the listing of finances in its business. This study aims to analyze whether the understanding and application of basic concepts of accounting can facilitate the perpetrators of SMEs in the City of Tegal to follow the financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM. The sample of this research is UMKM in Tegal city taken by purposive sample technique. Methods of data collection in this study used the method of observation with questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques to determine the application of accounting in panyusunan financial reports of SMEs in the city of Tegal. The reason behind the requirement of a permissible business entity is that only this civil union appears to be motivated by the nature of a private tax consultant’s permit as there is no tax consultant’s license for an agency or entity. The difference between the Civil Society and the Firm lies in Accountability that is divided into two, namely the external relations and internal relations. Some other higher institutions require their students to submit TOEIC, not TOEFL, before graduation. Companies, in the recruitment process, require the applicants to submit TOEFL score to show their level of English proficiency. The first question is which one is more appropriate for job applicants in the compay: TOEFL  or TOEIC. Another question for university students before graduation is whether to have TOEFL  in the first year or in the last year before graduation. This article aims at answering the two questions raised.
