The main goals of telepatronage are therapeutic and preventive measures based on the remote interaction of health care practioner with a patient. Telepatronage includes remote observation of the patient, self-monitoring of the disease and prescrtiptions, patient motivation and education on the digital Web 2.0 platform, and the creation of a remote coordination center. The bulk of data was presented either on diabetes mellitus in general or on type 2 diabetes mellitus, while there is a clear gap in information on type 1 diabetes mellitus. Patients were followed up for 14 days. All patients received an antipsychotic as their main therapy. The following scales were used to assess the efficacy and safety of therapy on day 14: CGAS, PANSS, CGI-S, CGI-I, UKU SERS, SAS, BARS. During the same period the frequence of obesity in children and adolescents aged 5 to 19 years increased from 1% up to 7%. WHO reported that 65% of the world's population live in countries where overweight and obesity kills more people than underweight. Obesity is associated with various chronic diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, and arterial hypertension that increase the risk of disability and death. In patients with obesity, life expectancy is reduced by 15 years compared to individuals with normal body weight. Obesity and associated comorbidities significantly increase healthcare costs.
