In the conventional home monitoring arrangement, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) is used which exactly record the videos without giving any feedback to the house owner if any suspected person there. Therefore, there is a need of moving object detection system and warning system for the safety of senior citizen in the home. The proposed hardware architecture is carried out using Arduino and Raspberry Pi 3 processor. The Raspberry Pi 3 process the images received through the Passive Infra Red (PIR) sensor and webcam assembled on Raspberry Pi 3. The PIR sensor activates the webcam, if any movement is detected around the sensor. The captured image is compared with two frames, if any motion is detected immediate alert in the form of call and mail is shared to the house owner in addition to the detected the motion object image.","PeriodicalId":103068,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Power, Energy, Control and Transmission Systems (ICPECTS)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123066978","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Harmonics reduce the quality of the power and the effectiveness of the power system. As a result, getting rid of it is crucial. This study evaluates a hybrid filter based on a cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter for decreasing source current harmonics in a high-voltage system. The hybrid filter topology includes a double-tuned passive filter and a cascaded H-bridge MLI-based active filter in a shunt at the point of common coupling. To lower the compensation cost, the shunt passive filter suppresses low-order dominant 5th and 7th harmonics, whereas the shunt active filter eliminates high-order harmonics. To increase system performance, an approach based on artificial intelligence is employed to create compensation current and DC link voltage control. Switching pulses for cascaded MLI are produced using a multiband hysteresis current controller. The harmonic distortion in source current (THDi) is measured under different compensation methods. The system response is observed for steady state and dynamic state. The system is developed and evaluated using MATLAB/Simulink.","PeriodicalId":103068,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Power, Energy, Control and Transmission Systems (ICPECTS)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125775449","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So we have designed a hybrid Vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) plane which can either land or take off vertically like a quadcopter as well as long endurance of fixed wing has been put together while eliminating the disadvantage of both quadcopters and fixed wing planes. This will help to adopt superior flying qualities to the hybrid vertical take-off and landing plane. This paper presents the design and working of a hybrid unmanned aerial vehicle (UAVs) which can run at its robust speed for a long distance and with the help of the solar panel fitted on its upper body, it can recharge its battery while flying. It can also be used at longer distance with the help of 4G module fitted in it and also get footage of that area with help of camera on it. These are the unique features of our UAV which made it different from other hybrid UAVs. In this paper, a prototype of aerial vehicle is presented and some plans for future aerial vehicles are also been discussed.","PeriodicalId":103068,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Power, Energy, Control and Transmission Systems (ICPECTS)","volume":"2006 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116051685","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Cooperative communication networks use relaying techniques such as Quantize-and-Forward (QF), Decode-and-Forward (DF), and Amplify-and-Forward (AF) to enhance communication reliability throughout the performance. To improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at the receiving end, relay systems employ relay nodes that take in data, process it, and then resend it. To enhance the overall efficiency of the system, we recommend adopting bidirectional communication approaches in which two parties transmit and receive data over distinct relay nodes. This study employs the Opposition-based Satin Bowerbird Optimization (OSBO) technique to propose a way of determining the appropriate relay to be employed in cooperative communications. The Relay Selection (RS) process is based on a set of constraints such as Outage probability, collision probability, Bit Error Rate (BER), and Energy consumption during cooperative communication. After selecting the best relay nodes using OSBO, the DF technique is applied at each relay node. The suggested Optimum Relay Selection using the Opposition-based Satin Bowerbird Optimization (ORS-OSBO) approach achieves the lowest possible delay and outage probability while increasing the packet delivery rate and Residual Energy (RE).","PeriodicalId":103068,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Power, Energy, Control and Transmission Systems (ICPECTS)","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130634786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are a plethora of web frameworks to choose from, and it's up to the developer to find one that works best for their project. The history, development, features, and implications of Angular, a web framework developed by Google that is widely used for Single Page Applications, are the subject of this study. Among the many popular frameworks used to create modern, single-page web applications, Angular's primary purpose is to facilitate the creation of dynamic views within the app itself. Rather than spending so much time wrangling with the underlying technology, developers should be able to focus on the user experience (such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript). Angular's out-of-the-box features are excellent, and it has the potential to make nontrivial jQuery-based projects much more robust while still being easy to maintain. This study discusses the various Angular versions that can be used for single-page front-end web development, and it provides guidance for developers selecting the best one to use.","PeriodicalId":103068,"journal":{"name":"2022 International Conference on Power, Energy, Control and Transmission Systems (ICPECTS)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123357658","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
