It puts forward CMSS based on net manufacturing information, describes the destination of the system, the system structure, principal functions and working flow. First, web page group with low access efficiency is discovered by its support and its topology average distance; Then a measure degree, website topology interest, which can overall indicate the website access efficiency is proposed as guidance rule to optimize the website hyperlink structure; Finally, users' navigation are facilitated by optimizing website linkage structure that reduces the number of steps to locate their target web pages. Through a particular linear transformation, the original uncertain time-delay system was first transformed into a delay-free system. Based on the transformed system, a design method of optimal sliding mode with a quadratic performance index minimized was proposed. An appropriate control law which is approached by a RBFN and the weight of the network is tuned on line using adaptive algorithm to force the system states to reach the sliding manifold in finite time. Throwing information change between electronic labels that held vehicle and RFID antennas that was fixed the roadside or door frame, the center control computer can identify the road user by the information stored in the electronic label and deduct the pike from the road user advance stored card or bank account. Its obvious advantage is no parking troll collection. This paper presents a quantitative model of spare resource limited survivability (SRLSQM), based on the definition and four characteristic attributes of network survivability. The executing process of SRLSQM is also illustrated and then the calculating formulas are proposed which include the calculation of restoration rate and system state transition matrixes. The formulas reflect the survivability requirements in network spare resources. But its potential self-adaptive learning capability has not been paid enough attention in reservoir operation research. In this paper, an operating rule classification system based on LCS , which learns through credit assignment (the bucket brigade algorithm) and rule discovery (the genetic algorithm), is established to extract water-supply reservoir operating rules. The proposed system acquires the online identification rate 95% for training samples and offline rate 85% for testing samples in a case study, and further discussions are made about the impacts on the performances or behaviors of the rule classification system from three aspects of obtained rules, training or testing samples and the comparisons between the rule classification system and the artificial neural network (ANN). A direct application of sequential algorithms to distributed databases is not effective, because it requires a large amount of communication overhead. In our study, an efficient algorithm, EDMA, is proposed. It minimizes the number of candidate sets and exchange messages by local and global pruning. In local sites, it runs the application based on the improved algorithm-CMatrix, which is used to calculate local support counts. By numbering the global frequent itemsets generated at the end of k-th iteration from 1 to m, the algorithm codes every candidate (k+l)-itemset into a pair of those number formed as-(x,y) to compress the context transmitted and query corresponding support counts in CMatrix. Our solution also reduces the size of average transactions and datasets that leads to reduction of scan time. This paper describes the alarm correlation in communication networks based on data mining. The association rules from self-adaptation for dynamic network resource and service that build new rule by fully utilizing and maintaining rules formed before while transactions grow/delete or minimum support changes which enables the framework is easily updated and new discovery methods be readily incorporated within it.
