This paper aims at a power system model based on the framework of \"distribution network - industrial park micro grid - enterprise load user\", and studies a power control method of micro grid tie line based on user reward scheme. Firstly, the objective economic function of the micro-grid in the park is established, and then the optimal reward scheme for internal load users of the micro-grid in the park is derived according to two typical load response models. The power fluctuation can be stabilized by encouraging load users to respond to demand, thus the internal load users can benefit while reducing their own economic losses and the day-ahead scheduling results of tie lines can be effectively tracked. Taking a production industrial park as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed optimization model and algorithm is verified by an example analysis.","PeriodicalId":101544,"journal":{"name":"2020 Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131009454","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Firstly, three-channel PQ data are acquired through the acquisition of three-phase voltage or current by transformer. Then the three-channel PQ data are transformed by wavelet transform. The wavelet coefficients in each scale form a wavelet coefficient matrix, and the PCA is done on each coefficient matrix. The principal components with small wavelet coefficients are coded by position increment and data, and other principal components using Huffman coding. Finally, using this algorithm to compress the actual PQ data, the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good compression performance for multichannel PQ data.","PeriodicalId":101544,"journal":{"name":"2020 Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132587187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And the average load far less than 50% result in relatively low oil temperature, the very uneven rise of temperature lead to the very uneven distribution of insulation aging. In order to evaluate the aging life of oil-paper insulation of traction transformer under shock load effectively, in this paper, Ekenstam aging kinetic model was optimized considering the effect of shock temperature, shock duration and shock interval on cellulose degradation rate of insulating paper. Firstly, the effects of shock temperature, shock duration and shock interval on the parameters of Ekenstam model are analyzed and determined by handing and testing experimental materials. Then, according to the test data, the Ekenstam optimization model considering shock temperature, shock duration and shock interval is obtained. The pre-charged additional capacitor is switched on the distribution line after the tripping, according to the change characteristics of discharging current of additional capacitor caused by the difference of circuit structure before and after the fault disappears to judge whether the circuit fault disappears, and then decide whether the reclosing or not. The simulation results based on PSCAD show that the proposed scheme can accurately identify the phase-to-phase fault characteristic in distribution line under different fault locations and different transition resistances, helping to improve the success rate of phase-to-phase fault reclosing.","PeriodicalId":101544,"journal":{"name":"2020 Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124788647","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the HPPC was originally designed for determining the dynamic power capability of the tested battery using a profile that incorporates both discharge and regen pulses, which is quite different from the parameters’ identification, therefore it is meaningful to make the profile fit the parameters’ identification. Aiming at this, this paper investigates the impact of the different HPPC profile on the identification accuracy from two aspects: the pulse width of the simulating current and the rest time. Firstly, the process of the HPPC test as well as parameters’ identification is given. Then, identification results of the HPPC profile with different pulse width and rest time are compared both by simulation and experiments. The results show that both the pulse width and rest time have a significant impact on the accuracy of the parameters’ identification. If the pulse width and rest time are both small, increasing either of them can improve the identification accuracy significantly, while if the pulse width or the rest time is large enough, the identification accuracy can’t be further improved evidently by prolonging any of them.","PeriodicalId":101544,"journal":{"name":"2020 Asia Energy and Electrical Engineering Symposium (AEEES)","volume":"15 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129637061","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A regional integrated energy system optimal operation model considering flexible heating load is proposed. Firstly, combined with the basic principles and operation characteristics of typical equipment in the integrated energy system, the main equipment model of the integrated energy system is formed. Based on the user's work and rest rules, a flexible heating load model considering the user's flexible comfort constraints is constructed to increase the system's operation flexibility. Then, a mathematical model for the optimal operation of the regional integrated energy system based on the bus-based structure is constructed.
