Tagawa","doi":"10.1292/JVMS1922.4.157","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1292/JVMS1922.4.157","url":null,"abstract":"Die bekannte Erscheinung, dass das durch Erhitzen inaktivierte Rinderserum, wenn es mit frischem Pferdeserum vermischt ist, also Komplement zusetzt ist, in vitro rote Blutkorperchen zusammengeballt und dann zur Auflosung bringt, hat durch die Untersuchungen von Ehrlich und Bordet und deren Mitarbeiter festgestellt.Fur sich allein kann weder das aktive Pferdeserum noch das inaktivierte Rinderserum eine Zusammenballung der rote Blutkorperchen bewirken.Ehrlich schreibt dem Rinderserum die Funktion des Ambozeptor zu, durch dessen Vermittelung das Komplement an die rote Blutkorperchen gebunden wird und diese konglutiniert werden. Nach Bordet Ansicht sollen die Blutkroperchen durch das konglutiniert werden, wenn die vorher durch den Ambozeptor des Pferdeserums gebunden haben. Neuerdungs schreibt Miesner vom Mechanismus der Konglutination, die durch 3 Komponente, Konglutinin im Rinderserum, Sensibilisin und Komplement im Pferdeserum hervorgeruft ist.Diese Reaktion ist schon zur Serodiagnostik praktisch angewandt, obgleich manche Erklarungen auf den Mechanismus imstande sind, und erkannt man die genaue Resultate auf solchen an.Ich habe zweifelhaft auf oben erawhnten Beschreibungen, insbesondere vom Eingangsmechanismus nach verschiedenen Autoren, gehabt, so ist es mir wichtig, das festzustellen, welche Erklarung richtig zu sein.Auf mancherlei Art habe ich meine Versuche ausgefuhrt und diese Resultate sind folgende:1. Fur sich allein kann aktives Pferdeserum eine Zusammenballung der rote Blutkorperchen aus Ziegen bewirken, aber Kaninchen und Meerschweinchenserum keine Wirkung.In diesem Falle beide Sera ruften die Hamolyse hervor, aber Kaninchen-oder Meersciwehnchenserum konglutiniert rote Blutkorperchen aus Pferde, ohne auszulosen. Es scheint deshalb die Eigenschaft des Serums gegen Blutkorperchen nach der Arten des Tieres verschieden zu sein, wenn man die aus verschiedenen Tieres stammende Blutkorperchen auf denselben Versuche angewandt hat.2. Beim Eintritt der Konglutination treten inaktiviertes Rinderoder aktives Pferdeserum die Kompensationsfahigkeit mit einander hervor, Kaninchen-und Meerschweinchenserum aber nicht.Durch Inaktivierungsmanipulation des Serums mit Hitze, die man gewohnlich braucht, wird Konglutinin zum Konglutinoid verandert, dann bewirkt sich, fur sich allein rote Blutkorperchen nicht mehr zusammenzuballen.3. Wenn man 3 Arten des Serums, inaktiviertes Rinder-und Pferdeserum, aktives Kaninchen-oder Meerschweinchenserum, zum Konglutinationsversuche, ruft heftige Hamolyse hervor, uud man kann keine Kompensationsfahigkeit auf derselben Reaktion erkennen.Kaninchen-oder Meerschweinchenserum ist Ziegenblutkorperchen zuweilen zu konglutinieren, nach der Beschaffenheit der Individualitat.4. Als man Rinder-oder Pferdeserum zum Konglutinationsversuche braucht, wird die Konglutination positiv geworden, wenn man zum einen inaktiven Serum eine kleine Menge vom anderen aktiven Serum zusetzt. The results obtained from 20 Mongolian and 20 Merino are described below.(1) The serum-protein distribution of Mongolian sheep are such as, the total serum nitrogen 1232±21 mg/dl, the non-protein nitrogen 75±12mg/dl, the total protein nitrogen 1158±33mg/dl, the albumin nitrogen 524±18 mg/dl, the total globulin nitrogen 634±38mg/dl, the pseudoglobulin I nitrogen 433±25mh/dl, the pseudoglobulin II nitrogen 91±29mg/dl and the euglobulin 109±19mg/dl, while, in Merino sheep, the total nitrogen is 1137±64mg/dl, the non-protein nitrogen 38±5mg/dl, the total protein nitrogen 1101±63mg/dl, the albumin nitrogen 531±40mg/dl, the total globulin nitrogen 564±71mg/dl, the pseudoglobulin I nitrogen 280±17mg/dl, the pseudoglobulin II nitrogen 134±43mg/dl and the euglobulin nitrogen 167±69mg/dl. (Table 1.)(2) The glutathione content of the Mongolian sheep is higher than that of the Merino. That of the Mongolian is 62.60±5.15mg/dl, while that of the Merino 57.92±2.94mg/dl. (Table 2).(3) The sugar content of Mongolian sheep is 70.46±10.67mg/dl, higher than that of the Merino, which shows a content of 64.00±7.35mg/dl. (Table 3).(4) The chlorine content of blood is 312.06±9.92mg/dl in the Mongolian sheep and 312.59±5.65mg/dl in the Merino. It seems to be almost the same in the 2 races. Das Inkubationsstadium bei den Erkrankungen durch Verimpfung betrug auf 2 bis 47 Tagen, grosstenteils von 9 bis 22 Tagen, d. h. 70% der ganzen Falle, und die Quantitat des verimpften Blutes hat darauf keinen Einfluss. Aufbewahungzeit der Virus und Alter der Pferde haben mit dem Inkubationsstadium nicht zu tun, aber nur in zwei Fallen, einen mit ein Jahr lang im Eiskammer aufbewahrtem Blut verimpften Pferd und einem jungen 6 Jahre alten Pferd verlief das Inkubationsstadium verhaltnismassig lang.2. Die Zahl der Anfalle war einmal in 38%, zweimal in 24% und dreimal in 21% der Falle. In wenigen Fallen traten Anfalle 4-9 mal auf. Die todlichen Erkrankungen konnten meist im Anfangsstadium beobachtet werden, und die dauernden Anfalle sind im Verlauf der Erkrankung immer milder und undeutlicher geworden.3. Die Maximumtemperatur, 40.0° bis 41.5°C., aber selten unter 89.5°C., zeigte sick wahrend des ganzen Verlaufes meistens beim ersten oder zweiten Anfall. Im anhaltenden Verlauf sank das Fieber immer allmalich herab, im todlichen Fall wurde aber einige Tage vor dem Tode eine hohe Temperatur beobachtet.4. Ungunstige Prognose (einschliesslich der im sterbenden Zustand abgetoteten Tiere) stellte sich auf 62% der Falle, in der Halfte deren erlagen die Tiere nach einem Monat. In anderen Worten, ungefahr 6/10 der erkrankten Pferde mit ungunstiger Prognose und die Halfte starben in einem Monat.5. Hoshi","doi":"10.1292/JVMS1922.13.237","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1292/JVMS1922.13.237","url":null,"abstract":"(1) Duration of oestrus.(a) The normal oestrous duration in Korean mares (having no foals) varied from 4 days to 14 days, and the mean value is 8.98±0.253 days, the standard deviation being 2.68±0.179 days.The duration is shorter in fat condition than otherwise.(b) The duration of oestrus in mares of two stud-farms varied from 2 days to 59 days and most of them (92.40%) are in the limit from 3 days to 15 days, the total number in this limit being 1, 179 cases; the mean value is 7.53±0.050 days and the standard deviation 2.53±0.035 days.In the normal breeding season (May-July) the total number is 705 cases, most of them (95.5%) are in the limit from 3 days to 13 days. The mean value is 7.25±0.0574 days, and the standard deviation 2.208±0.0406 days.In mares with suckling the duration is shorter than that of mare with none.In March the duration is at the longest and then it has the tendency of gradual shortening and in July at the shortest.Age or breed does not correlate with duration.(2) Oestrous cycle.(a) The mean value of the 40 cases measured by ovulation is 22.65±0.272 days and the standard deviation 2.55±0.192 days; the mean value of the 37 cases measured by the first day of oestrus is 22.86±0.325 days and the standard deviation 2.78±0.218 days.The interval between the heat periods of fatter mares is shorter than those of otherwise condition.The interval of the oestrous cycle is not always the same by individuals.(b) The oestrous cycle in mares of two stud-farms.The total number of oestrous cycle in normal mares in the two stud-farms is 790 cases varying from 9 days to 124 days, most of them (594 of 790 cases, about 75.2%) are in the limit from 15 days to 33 days. The mean value is 22.79±0.1226 days, the standard deviation being 4.437±0.0867, days.In the normal breeding season (May-July) the total number is 309 cases varying from 9 days to 86 days, 254 cases of them (82.2%) are in the limit from 15 days from 30 days. The mean value-is 21.40±0.146 days, and the standard deviation 3.465±0.1038 days.(3) The interval between the parturition and the forthcoming oestrus.The total number in this investigation is 813 cases varying from 3 days to 100 days, 744 cases of them (about 91.5%) being in the limit from 5 days to 12 days.
