Moreover,several combined interferometric testing methods which perform well in measuring large and steep aspherics are introduced. In addition,we provide a general description of free-form surface testing. Combined with specific applications such as absorption test of optical films,characterization of laser irradiation and laser damage to the thin films and characterization of the mechanical properties of thin films,some typical detecting methods are analyzed including laser calorimetry technique,photothermal deflection technique,surface acoustic waves and so on. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are indicated. Classical and modern processing methods are adopted and odd-form component for beam shaping system are fabricated in this paper,which is composed of aspheric cylindrical mirror and cylindrical mirror. A unique production of polishing disk is proposed aiming at the problem that the surface shape is controlled hardly. First,based on the physical process of TDI CCD push-broom imaging,a numerical simulation model is established to describe the whole process from optical image and scan mirror stability to digital images,and then gravity centre of image is calculated and the target angular coordinate is got; Monte Carlo method is used to complete a simulation experiment,and the statistical results could describe the relation between stability of the scanning mirror and measure accuracy. In the end,the speed stability of an engineering scanning mirror is substituted into the simulation module,and the simulation results show that the error increases by 5. 67 μrad,reached 1 /4 of pixel angular resolution. So in high-precision measurement,the comprehensive influence of the pixel angular resolution and the speed stability of the speed stability need to be considered. Firstly,the research background and significance of the research in this field are given,and the well-developed super-resolution methods and the definition of scattering media towards diffraction-limit breaking imaging are also introduced. Secondly,the time reversal technique utilizing the scattering property in acoustics and electromagnetics for signal compressing and focusing are specified. The realization method of time reversal in domain of optics is presented. As a foundation for better understanding,the advantages brought about by inserting a plate of scattering media into certain optical imaging system are further elaborated. Thirdly,this review analyzes the serial feedback controlling method,optical phase conjugation and the transmission measurement based on phase conjugation for finest focusing. The groundbreaking transmission matrix measurement in both spatial and spatial frequent domain is introduced,which is followed by the preparation of scattering media aiming at the far-field and wide-field diffraction-limit breaking imaging using transmission matrix method. In order to compensate above errors,the arm compensation mechanism is designed to compensate the errors between the visual axis and the target. Because the size and weight of the arm compensation mechanism are restricted severely,and the size of the telescope is huge and its weight is more than 3 000 kg,this configuration results in lower stiffness of the system. In order to satisfy higher machinery stiffness required by the control system,the feasibility is analyzed to improve system stiffness through forcing preload on bearing after the system configuration is confirmed. This paper studies on the relationship among bearing preload,bearing stiffness and system stiffness,and the relationship curve between bearing preload and system natural frequency is obtained.
