Le tableau clinique initial était dominé par des signes neurologiques (syndrome cérébelleux, myoclonies généralisées), suivis d'un œdème avec troubles du rythme ventriculaire graves à l'orígine du décès du patient 48 h après l'exposition.</p></div><div><p><em>We report a fatal case of methyl bromid poisonning by inhalation in a 27 years old men. Malgré quelques éléments d'orientation, il n'est pas possible d'exclure ou de localiser une tumeur cérébrale par le seul examen de manifestations psychiatriques. Les médicaments psychotropes peuvent améliorer les symptômes psychiatriques d'origine tumorale. L'indication de la tomodensitométrie cérébrale ou de l'imagerie par résonance magnétique doit être large.</p></div><div><p><em>Psychiatric disorders may be only symtoms of brain tumors. Despite elements of presumption, there is no clinical method of excluding or localizing a brain tumor by its psychiatric manifestations. Psychotropic drugs may imrove symtoms in the presence of tumor.
