Based on the results, development of ferrite stainless steel with deep drawability which has an r-value of the highest level in the world has been achieved. The identified model can be reduced to the coupled mode system between the roll and the front steering. The front-steering control system using the roll angle is designed by </span><em>H</em><sub>∞</sub> control theory, based on the reduced-order model and the full-order model, respectively. This paper investigates smooth tire vibration noise generated by rolling on roads. Because of difficulties in measuring exciting forces, we undertake an operational analysis to examine rolling tire<span> vibration behavior. Rolling tire vibration is measured using a scanning laser Doppler vibrometer. In addition, we measured sound intensity to investigate the relation between vibration and sound radiation. Then, the effects of these rings were investigated in detail. The fans displayed higher performance with a fixed ring. The authors also showed that a labyrinth seal is able to seal the tip clearance between the ring and the fan shroud of the fan with a fixed ring, especially when the fan operates in a low static pressure difference.
