The essence of IoTs is to connect all the things including the devices embedded RFID, sensors, etc. together, to help people utilizing the information from the things to improve their life. The things are always located at different places at different times, and the information of the thing may have different access right at different location during different time. Therefore, the access control mechanism in IoTs should consider location and temporary constraints in order to enhance the security of an application. In this paper, we propose a model that combines location and time with security level to control access to the information within the sensing layer of the IoTs. This model is called Location-Temporal Access Control Model(LTAC). The main principle of LTAC is its use of a lattice approach to decrease the size of policy bases. The rapid growth in PVP has placed mounting pressure on the selection of similar varieties used in PVP examination, or DUS test. Such situation makes the traditional way of similar variety selection relying on manual work in trouble. Information System of Varieties of Common Knowledge was proposed in this paper with the aim of improving the accuracy and efficiency of PVP examination and sorting out all kinds of information of plant varieties. The framework, management, maintenance and function of this System was introduced, and the application of this System in the selection of similar varieties was also illustrated in this paper. Based on this System, selection of similar varieties can be standardized, simplified, and independent of subjective judgment from PVP examiners. Especially, they become more and more relevant in the big data era. We can observe that often a huge amount of data is exchanged by medium/low bandwidth networks or yet, they need to be stored on devices with limited space of memory. In this context, the present paper shows the use of the Fractal method for image compression. It is a lossy method known by providing higher indexes of file reduction through a highly time consuming phase. In this way, we developed a model of parallel application for exploiting the power of multiprocessor architectures in order to get the Fractal method advantages in a feasible time. The evaluation was done with different-sized images as well as by using two types of machines, one with two and another with four cores. The results demonstrated that both the speedup and efficiency are highly dependent of the number of cores. In Cloud the concept of Standard architecture of Cloud Database Management System is not yet been implemented. In this paper we are proposing a framework for 5-layered architecture in cloud database management system. First layer introduced is the External Layer, this layer is closest to the user, in which manageability, providing transparency and security are the important issue that should be considered. Second layer is the Conceptual Middleware Layer, as there are heterogeneous databases and clouds are available in the market, so here interoperability is the major issue. Third layer is the Conceptual Layer in which programming techniques, transaction management, query processing and optimization are the issues that should be considered. To get the maximum gain that can make the data replication, their placement strategy in the system is critical. This paper proposes a replication strategy based on availability. It proposes also a placement and replacement strategies of replicas that ensures the desired availability with the minimum replicas despite the presence of nodes failures and without overloading the system. In order to modulate the damping coefficient value, fuzzy logic controller is modeled using Fuzzy Tool Box. Three different damping coefficient limits are selected for analyzing the response of system in terms of ride comfort. Road disturbance profile comprising a combination of two sinusoidal curves is modeled and the three semi-active suspension systems are simulated. Suspension displacement and velocity parameters are selected as the indicators of ride comfort. The results manifest supremacy of the system having damping coefficient limit of 4000<!--> <!-->N s/m. There are several other parameters (such as dropping header packets in case of congestion in the network or alternate path in case of link failure) which should be considered for making efficient routing decision. In recent years, active research in the field of routing protocols has been done to make routing decision based on more than one constraint. Fuzzy inference system is one such system which offers a natural way of accepting multiple input constraints which are uncertain and imprecise in nature. This paper aims at analyzing the performance of AODV and DSR routing protocols using fuzzy inference system. These information resources with a variety of different languages are distributed in Web pages and the databases. The scheduling of multilingual information resources becomes complex, as multilingual information resources are heterogeneous and uneven in cloud computing. The need arises in scheduling of multilingual information resources in cloud computing for new mechanisms. This paper presents a four-tier architecture for multilingual information resources scheduling in cloud computing. It includes user accessing tier, technology supporting tier, resource scheduling tier and resources tier. We propose a three- layer scheduling model for multilingual information resources in cloud computing. The model includes some home managers, some local scheduling agents and a global scheduling agent. The model not only shows the autonomy of private cloud resources and is convenient for user to submit and supervise tasks, but also lightens the pressure of the global scheduling agent.
