The 2.4 cm wide by 1 mm deep plasma discharge operates at 20 kHz with a 2-5 kV AC drive signal across a 0.25 mm gap. Mixed Argon/oxygen plasmas were directed between the plates to flow toward a bacterial biofilm sample for treatment. Results showed that at 4-5 kV the plasma etched away a bacterial biofilm on glass in 10 minutes. In addition, we showed that short plasma treatments rapidly killed biofilm resident bacteria with ED<sub>90</sub> values of <15 s.</p>","PeriodicalId":92913,"journal":{"name":"International journal of latest trends in engineering & technology : IJLTET","volume":"15 3","pages":"036-41"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7098701/pdf/nihms-1571186.pdf","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"37777046","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this, two bacterial strains, Enterobacter sp.,named Z57, and Pseudomonas sp., named Es20, having NCBI accession number KC169992 and KCL169988 has been used after isolated from cow dung. It can degrade calcium phytate, chlorpyrios, methayl-parathion and phorate. It has also been seen that molybdenum salt can act as the catalyst for enhancement of phorate degradation. Different types of tests, likepH measurement, phosphate solubilizing efficiency test, Quantative estimation of soluble phosphate , Kinetics for Biodegradation of phorate, Plant growth promotion test, Bio-fertilizer test and analysis likeBiochemical characterization, and LC-MS analysis have been done to find the application of bacteria to biodegrade toxic water –insoluble organophosphorus compounds so that pollution of the agricultural lands can be controlled. Data of the Results have been analyzed and discussed.","PeriodicalId":92913,"journal":{"name":"International journal of latest trends in engineering & technology : IJLTET","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"67693095","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In many of the situations, the sensor nodes shape a multi-hop network as the base station (BS) operates as the Central point of the control. Usually, sensor nodes computing power and resources of energy are limited. The BS wishes to gather the sensed information from the network. The familiarpath is to permitevery sensor node to send its reading to the BS, probablythroughthe other intermediate nodes. Lastly, the BS progresses the data that is received from the individual nodes. On the other hand, this procedure is prohibitively costly in terms of communication overhead. Data aggregation in a networkis able todecrease the amount of communication and therefore the energy consumed, particularly in big WSNs. The most importantplan is to merge partial outcomes at intermediate nodes throughout message routing. One of the approaches is to build a spanning tree rooted at BS, and nextcarry out in-network aggregation along the tree. The significant aggregates taken by the research community comprise Count, and the Sum. It is simple to simplify these","PeriodicalId":92913,"journal":{"name":"International journal of latest trends in engineering & technology : IJLTET","volume":"7 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"67693106","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
