Перевод части экспортных поставок природного газа в формат СПГ расширяет конкурентные возможности экспортеров. В РФ планируется строительство нескольких заводов СПГ. Хранилища накопители готовой продукции являются важным технологическим элементом такого завода. Стоимость хранилищ оказывает определяющее влияние на стоимость всего завода СПГ. Анализ научно-технической литературы о конструкции изотермических резервуаров (ИР) для жидкого метана позволяет обосновать выбор наиболее перспективного направления конструирования таких хранилищ. Показано, что криогенные хранилища мембранного типа изготавливаются с меньшими затратами конструкционных материалов и рабочего времени. Значительная часть комплектующих мембранного резервуара (МР) может изготавливаться в заводских условиях. Рекомендовано сосредоточить научные исследования на данном типе ИР. Далее осуществляется повторное бурение скважины, что позволяет получить керн замѐрзший воды озера. Такая чистая технология не нарушает экологию подледникового озера. Для успешного применения разработанной технологии вскрытия подледникового озера Восток, необходимо прогнозировать динамику времени замерзания озѐрной воды в скважине. Учитывая сложность экспериментального изучения поставленной задачи, можно провести теоретическое исследование процесса замерзания воды в приконтактном участке ствола скважины с озером. В данной статье приводятся сведения по технологии поддержания в рабочем состоянии выхода скважины в подледниковое озеро в процессе его исследования. Рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с обеспечением необходимого диаметра и температурного режима скважины вблизи границы лѐд-вода (скважина-озеро). Рассмотрен случай поддержания расхода воздуха в заданных пределах при реализации ступенчатого регулирования скорости вращения двигателя вентилятора в условиях сильно запыленной перемещаемой среды. Разработана и проанализирована подробная блок-схема работы данной системы. Предложена пошаговая реализация описанной концепции на базе инструмента имитационного моделирования AnyLogic. Приведены результаты проделанных экспериментов, графики, характеризующие режимные параметры рассматриваемой системы. Сделаны выводы об использовании предложенного метода при проектировании систем вентиляции воздуха.
