This study is an analytical survey research with a cross sectional approach, when sampling using accidental sampling technique, and the sample in this study was fracture patients with Post ORIF surgery at Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital and obtained 32 respondents. The instrument used is the HARS questionnaire to assess the level of anxiety. Analysis of the data used is SPSS 16.0 software with linear regression test. The results of this study obtained factors that influence the level of anxiety in fractures with Post Orif Surgery at Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital, namely (p value = 0.039) and education (p value = 0.037). and factors that have no effect on gender, surgery history, type of surgery and medications you are taking. Clinically, it can be an open fracture if it is accompanied by damage to the soft tissues muscle, skin, nerve tissue, and blood vessels, allowing the connection between the broken bone fragments with the outside air and the closed fracture. The impact that trauma can have on a fracture is limited to activity, may have the change in the damaged part of the body an the anxiety that may result from pain and pain. This research method used a literature study with a case study of nursing care in post op cruris fracture patients with acute pain problems in the Asoka Pavilion of Jombang Hospital which was carried out in the 2017-2019 period. The results of the literature study show that the priority problem for post op client cruris fracture is acute pain. The literature study of 4 clients showed that there were similar factors causing pain in the post op wound fracture of the cruris which resulted in decreased muscle strength, swelling, dan CRT> 2 seconds. Surgery will produce damaged cells with the consequence that it will release autanoid chemicals that can cause pain. Efforts to cope with injuries from post op cruris fracture by performing techniques in the greeting relaxation activities and listening to music and pain medication. Where organisms are implanted, such as the liver, kidney, and heart, can be arranged by choosing the right location to stabilize blood pressure so that it can help treat people with high blood pressure. Literature review is an effective evaluation strategy for cupping treatment with blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Literature review. Using a systematic review, I searched an electronic database (Google Scholar) for previous research published between 2010-2020. Some of the keywords used include cupping therapy, blood pressure and hypertension. Manual review of abstracts was used to summarize the article selection process. A total of 365 articles were identified. Researchers found 10 articles with inclusion and exclusion criteria that were met in the review. Respondents have hypertension and have received cupping therapy. Cupping treatment has an impact on hypertensive patients by lowering their blood pressure. Pandemic Covid-19 period has been running for almost 1 year in Indonesia since March 2, 2020, it makes children feel bored in online learning. There are several factors related to children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely external and internal. The purpose of the study to determine the factors related the learning motivation of elementary school-aged children during Covid-19 pandemic. The research design used a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 47 respondents. The results of the chi-square test of the child's age variable showed p value (0.260), child's gender (0.806), parent's age (0.504), parent's education (0.563), parent's occupation (0.192), this means p value > 0.05 means that Ha was rejected. The role of parents showed 0.003 meaning p value < 0.05 means Ha was accepted. The conclusion of this study were that the child's age factor, child's gender, parental age, parental education, parental occupation are not related of learning motivation, while the parental role factor has a significant relationship with learning motivation of elementary school age children during the Covid-19 pandemic. According to who (2017) data on world diarrhea events still 1.7 billion a year, the cause of death in both children-children. Data on the incidence of diarrheal diseases in Indonesia reach 6 million cases annually, with 36 deaths ata value of CFR 4.76%. Kemenkes RI (2018). The purpose of this study is to identify the environmental sanitation connections with the occurrence of diarrhea in children. The study used a textbook review method based on the journal search process for the full text article from a database on Google scholar, scient direct, ebsco, proquest, and springer. Taken, published in 2015-2020, the journal has a total of 10. According to the results of this study, there are 2 related environmental sanitation links to the incidence of diarrhoea in children, and according to the provision of clean water, there are 7 related journals and according to the disposal of human waste. One of the complications is diabetic foot ulcers. Wound treatment using aloe vera and honey can help heal diabetic wounds. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of wound care using aloe vera and honey on diabetic wound healing in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Griya Husada Clinic, Kediri City. The research design used Pre-Experiment with One Group Pre-Postest Design. The study population was all patients with diabetes mellitus as many as 20 respondents who were taken by total sampling technique. The results of the study obtained degenerated wounds which eventually regenerated 2 respondents (10%), regenerating wounds that had healed tissue 5 respondents (25%). Analysis of the data with Wilcoxon found differences before and before wound care (p = 0.008 <0.05), then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Therefore, there is an effect of wound care using aloe vera and honey on diabetic wound healing in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Griya Husada Clinic, Kediri City. There are several ways to overcome uric acid, one of therapy herbal bay leaf. The purpose of this study to the influence of the water decoction of the leaves to decrease the levels of uric acid in patients with gout in the Village of Wonosari Kecamatan Senori Tuban Regency. The design used in this research is pre-experimental approach with one-group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted in the Village of Wonosari Kecamatan Senori Tuban on December 15-23 May 2020. Population and sample in this study were all patients with gout in the Village of Wonosari Kecamatan Senori Tuban Regency a number of 37 people by using a sampling technique total sampling. While the instrument used is a tool checks the uric acid and checklist. Data analysis by using T-Test. The results of this research note that the average uric acid levels before the administration of water decoction of bay leaf is 7,549 mg/dl. While the average levels of uric acid after administration of water decoction of bay leaf is 5,616 mg/dl. Data analysis using T-Test obtained ρ = 0.000 < α = 0.05 so H1 is accepted meaning that there is the effect of water decoction of the leaves to decrease the levels of uric acid in patients with gout. One of the problems in Pulmonary TB is non-compliance with medication. This systematic review sheds light on the relationship of intrinsic factors with the treatment adherence of Pulmonary TB patients. This study aims to analyze intrinsic factors related to the adherence of pulmonary TB patients. The design or research method used in this study is review literature. It uses a systematic review of five electronic databases (Pupmed, Wiley, Sage, ProQues, Google Scholar) for previous research published between 2015-2020. Some of the keywords used include Pulmonary TB, age, gender, education, knowledge, employment, income, distance from health care facilities. The PRISMA Flowchart is used to summarize the article selection process. A total of 32,849 articles were identified. Researchers found 10 articles with inclusion criteria met in reviews. Gender, education, knowledge, occupation, income, distance of health care facilities have a significant relationship with the adherence of pulmonary TB patients Obtained intrinsic factors that have no relationship with the adherence of pulmonary TB patients i.e. age factors. The research was conducted to abtain a complete potrait/ picture of stunting in village of Plabuhan.This research method is qualitative with informants consisting of mothers who have children under five with stunting, rural government, rural midwives and posyandu cadres. Data obtained from interviews and stunting data in the village.
