Проанализировано влияние ионного облучения на кинетику элементарных процессов, происходящих при формировании тонких пленок. Получены закономерности ионной стимуляции процесса образования пленок на поверхности металлов и ионных кристаллов. Обнаружен и исследован эффект ионной стимуляции эпитаксии на поверхности ионных кристаллов, и объяснены наблюдаемые закономерности. Показана важная роль в ионной стимуляции процессов на поверхности неупругих ионно-атомных взаимодействий и исследованы их закономерности. Установлено, что в условиях неупругих взаимодействий эффективность ионной стимуляции на поверхности ионных кристаллов может быть повышена на один-два порядка по сравнению с выходом упругих процессов. The calculated cross-sections in the energy interval 100–600 MeV agree enough satisfactorily with the experimental dates.
