Kawasan ini didominasi oleh masyarakat tani yang sebagian besar merupakan petani gurem dan buruh tani. Tujuan dari program ini adalah ingin memberdayakan masyarakat dalam budi daya jamur tiram. Akan tetapi masyarakat belum mempunyai skill untuk budi daya jamur tiram. Rendahnya skill petani yang ditunjukkan oleh ketidakmampuannya memanfaatkan limbah panen sengon berupa serbuk gergajian bagi peningkatan produktivitas usaha taninya. Masyarakat belum mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan hasil panen dan pemanfaatan limbah pertanian bagi pendukungan status. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan itu adalah: Meningkatkan skill petani agar dapat memanfaatkan limbah pertanian untuk budi daya jamur tiram. Metode dalam melaksanakan solusi adalah program diseminasi dan implementasi teknologi budidaya dan pengelolaan panen jamur tiram Tiram berbasis pada pemanfaatan limbah pertanian kebun sengon dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. This activity was carried out from August to September 2020 at the Bahrul Ulum Housing Complex, Menara Asri Jombang. This activity used discussion and practice methods. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire sheets to determined the behavior of residents in proper handling of waste and its used as an urban agricultural medium. The evaluation showed that the awareness and behavior of residents in the proper waste sorting and handling activities had increased with this activity. In addition, the participation of residents in processing household waste had also increased. On the other hand, the practice of processing waste into urban farming media increased independence in providing daily food sources, especially the provision of vegetables to meet daily food needed. The health-disease process transforms over time, in which it is essential to have a universal thought that understands that the gradients of mortality and morbidity involve socioeconomic classes. The purpose of this review is to revisit the theories that have grounded the definitions of the health-disease process throughout the history of mankind and the contribution of social medicine to the current context of collective health. It is relevant to address that the living and working conditions of the population were directly linked to their health situation, social, cultural, and psychological factors that influence the occurrence of diseases and illnesses. Therefore, promotion, prevention, cure, and rehabilitation were initial measures based on health education and actions used by the State.
