Parchinensis) was detected through a near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy–based nondestructive technique. Four common species of seed-borne fungi namely, Penicillium decumbens, Penicillium namyslowskii, Lichtheimia corymbifera, and Aspergillus niger were found to grow in choy sum in southern China. A novel finding was that P. decumbens had the greatest inhibition of the germination of Choy sum seeds, resulting in a non-germination rate exceeding 62.8%. The existing standardized seed sterilization treatment failed to completely kill P. decumbens, so a way to nondestructively identify and filter out P. decumbens–infected seeds wereevolved is urgently needed. Near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy–based partial least squares–discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) model achieved a discrimination accuracy of 95% in on-line nondestructive detection of P. decumbens–infected choy sum seeds. By detailing the design and application of an innovative product, this study lays a foundation for the development of intelligent equipment, and it provides a decision-making basis for seed breeding industrialization and germplasm supervision. Results showed that the addition of BA and NAA for different ratios on the basis of 1/2 MS could effectively induce the production of lateral buds. By adding different additional elements, it was found that the growth of lateral buds was longer and stronger on the medium of 1/2 MS + 3.0 mg/l BA + 0.1 mg/l NAA + 4.0 mg/l Gln or 1/2 MS + 3.0 mg/l BA + 0.1 mg/l NAA + 1.0 mg/l AgNO3. Meanwhile, cutting with the lateral buds of tissue culture seedling, the rooting rate could reach 77.8% when 1/2 MS medium contained 0.2 mg/l NAA, although the root length was shorter. When the regenerated strong seedlings were transplanted into the soil, the survival rate was over 75%. Therefore, the best medium for lateral bud induction using 10-day-old seedlings as explants in C. mimosoides was 1/2 MS + 3.0 mg/l BA + 0.1 mg/l NAA. The growth of lateral buds can be promoted by the appropriate concentration of Gln and AgNO3, and the best rooting medium was 1/2 MS contained 0.2 mg/l NAA.\u0000Bangladesh J. Timely supervision and monitoring of soil salinity are essential to reach the most sustainable improvement goals in arid and semi-arid regions. In the present study, the soil of Aktau region in Xinjiang, China was collected to build a remote sensing based inversion model for identifying soil salinity hazards. Results showed that Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI), and Difference Vegetation Index (DVI) were correlated (P < 0.01) with the model inversion, having correlation coefficients of -0.735, -0.858, and -0.774, respectively. All these were suitable for the construction of the soil salinity inversion model where the optimal parameters of model accuracy were above 85% and prediction results were accurate credible and consistent with the measured data. The NDWI extracted from multispectral images was used as the key parameter of the soil salinity inversion model, which could obtain a better spatial distribution of soil salinity. The remote sensing inversion model of soil salinity provides a theoretical basis for the management of soil salinization and sustainable utilization of agricultural resources in the Aktau region of Xinjiang.\u0000Bangladesh J. The photosynthetic adaptation range, maximum net photosynthetic rate, and electron transfer efficiency of the PSII reaction center of the green-leaf ivy cultivars were significantly higher than those of the variegated ivy cultivars. The photochemical conversion efficiency and photosynthetic capacity of Hedera helix ‘Shamrock’ were higher than those of the other tested green-leaf cultivars, suggesting that Hedera helix ‘Shamrock’ had a strong light tolerance. The differences in photosynthetic characteristics among the variegated cultivars were greater than those within the green-leaf cultivars. In order to master the changing law of corn market, realize reasonable regulation and control, and promote the stable development of the market, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the influencing factors of corn price fluctuation in Shaanxi Province. Based on the data of Shaanxi Province from 2000 to 2021, in the present study, the main factors affecting the price fluctuation in Shaanxi Province was explored by using factor analysis method. Eight indexes including corn yield, production cost, disaster-affected area, disposable income of rural residents, disposable income of urban residents, corn demand, wheat price index and consumer price were selected as factors affecting corn price fluctuation. Results showed that the disaster area and corn demand were the main factors affecting the corn price fluctuation in Shaanxi Province, and the disposable income of urban and rural residents had little impact on the corn price fluctuation. Governments and industry groups can therefore take preventive measures to limit the impact of major climate events on corn markets and economies. It also assesses the appropriate proportion of corn used for feed and energy production to ensure adequate supply and stable prices. Bangladesh J. Traditional methods of N determination of plant require destructive and rigorous sampling, which is also time-consuming and laborious. However, rapid and non-destructive nitrogen diagnosis has become an important area of research in precision agriculture. Heilongjiang Province, China is a cold climate rice growing area, where the growth and fertilization of rice follows a definite pattern. In the present study, two varieties of rice (Wuyoudao4 and Songjing9) and as location Heilongjiang Province were selected. Nitrogen diagnosis of rice was carried out based on airborne multi-spectrum methodology. Canopy spectral data of rice at key growth periods were obtained by using a UAV equipped with a multi-spectral camera, and agronomic parameters such as leaf N content and dry matter weight were obtained synchronically. An airborne multispectral canopy normalized vegetation index (NDVI) model for N diagnosis based on its critical concentration curve was established as a nondestructive N diagnosis of rice for cold region. Results showed that canopy NDVI can estimate rice nitrogen nutrition index (NNI) properly over the growth period. The coefficient of determination R2, root mean square error (RMSE) and standard root mean square error (nRMSE) were compared to determine the best effect of the index model. The interphase nitrogen diagnosis model of WYD-4 based on NDVI for cold region was as follows: NNI=0.3916e1.0809*NDVI (RMSE=0.12, nRMSE=12.43%), SJ-9: NNI=0.3325e1.2705*NDVI (RMSE=0.10, nRMSE =10.36%), indicating that the established model can better estimate the nitrogen status of rice.\u0000Bangladesh J.
