Nowadays, computers are completely essential for generating, managing, and transmitting information. The primary computers were designed for military and accounting applications, but gradually it became apparent that computers would have a massive number of uses. At modern, computers are so common in pharmaceutical research and development. The purpose of this review is to give a brief description of the historical development in respect applications of computers in Research and Development.","PeriodicalId":8545,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Research in Pharmaceutical Science","volume":"5 1","pages":"109-112"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79394985","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Oloptadine OLO), 11-[{z}-3-(Dimethlamino) propylidene]-6-11-dihydrobenz [b, e] oxepin-2-acetic acid hydrochloride, is widely used as an antihistaminic. Oloptadine HCL is a relatively selective histamine H1-receptor antagonist that inhibits the release of histamine from mast cells. Oloptadine does not affect alpha-adrenergic dopamine, muscarinic type 1 and 2 or serotonin receptor. They are hydrophobic in nature and non-polar, sparingly soluble in water and freely soluble methanol, ethanol. Olopatadine HCl is a mouth dissolving film. It is alpha-herpes zoster of the genus varicellovirus, which causes varicella (chickenpox) and zoster (shingles). Herpes zoster is described as a multivesicular eruptive rash that follows a single or multiple adjacent dermatomal distribution. VZV infection begins with replication in epithelial cells of upper respiratory mucosa, which is followed by widely distributed vesicular rash. Cell-mediated immunity plays a role in this reactivation. Patients with conditions that decrease cell-mediated immunity are 20 to 100 times more prone to develop herpes zoster. It is often accompanied by acute pain and itchiness. Complications may be dermatological (e.g. secondary bacterial infection), neurological (e.g. long-term pain, segmental paresis, stroke), ophthalmological (e.g. keratitis, iridocyclitis, secondary glaucoma) or visceral (e.g. pneumonia, hepatitis). Most common Complications of the infection are post herpetic neuralgia and ophthalmic zoster. Treatment includes antiviral medications such as acyclovir, famciclovir, and valacyclovir given within 72 hours of symptom has been shown to reduce severity and complications associated with herpes zoster and post-herpetic neuralgia, both these diseases are vaccine preventable. Before the invention of the recombinant VZV vaccine, live VZV vaccine was the recommended immunization, approved for adults 50 years and older.","PeriodicalId":8545,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Research in Pharmaceutical Science","volume":"23 1","pages":"140-144"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"73341662","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main advantages of Transdermal drug delivery system improved patient compliance, sustained release, avoidance of gastric irritation, as well as elimination of pre-systemic first-pass effect. But most of therapeutic agents is limited due to thickness of stratum corneum, which act as a barrier for the delivery of various drug molecules and only few molecules are able to reach the action site. Microneedles are the new form of delivery system, which are used to increase the delivery of drug through this route and overcoming the number of problems related to conventional drug delivery system the main aim of this review to focus on new innovation in transdermal drug delivery systems. In the microneedle drug delivery system, the skin is temporarily broken, that creating micron size pathways that deliver the sufficient amount of drug directly into the stratum corneum from which the drug can directly go into the systemic circulation. In this review, we describe different type of microneedles can be solid, coated, dissolving and biodegradable microneedles and their method of fabrication. Microneedles can be manufactured in different forms like hollow, solid, and dissolving. Also describe materials used for fabrication, fabrication techniques, methodology of drug delivery such as Poke and patch, Coat and poke, Poke and release, Poke and flow and evaluation parameters.","PeriodicalId":8545,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Research in Pharmaceutical Science","volume":"17 1","pages":"113-120"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-05-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87497089","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
