In 2018, the prevalence of national-scale ISPA decreased. Nevertheless, the prevalence of ISPA in Malang continues to increase and always ranks first in diseases with the highest prevalence compared to other diseases. The prevalence of ISPA in Malang in 2018 increased by 19.273 cases from the prevalence in 2013. Air pollution such as cigarette smoke and poor health behaviors such as wrong hand washing are the main causes of ISPA. Not only ISPA, wrong hand washing behavior can also cause a variety of other health problems. Therefore, education is needed related to the prevention of ISPA, especially related to CTPS (Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun/Hand Washing with Soap) in children, by using effective media used as educational aids, such as scrabble. Method: The development method uses modifications from the Sugiyono development method (2013). Media validation was conducted by three experts and trials were conducted to two different target groups. The interventions given to the target are scrabble CTPS and assessment sheet filling. Result: Scrabble CTPS validation by public health experts gets 80% results, validation by media development experts gets 85% results, and validation by classroom teachers gets 96.92% results. While the calculation of trial scoring in small groups obtained results of 100% and trials in large groups obtained results of 98,31%. Conclusion: Scrabble CTPS are well worth using as a health promotion media for Hand Washing with Soap (CTPS) in elementary school students, especially in Grade V students. \u0000KEY WORDS: ARI; CTPS; scrabble","PeriodicalId":84995,"journal":{"name":"Journal of health education","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44325254","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Results: Results with the highest proportion were health workers who experienced work stress as many as 24 respondents (57.1%) which were more dominantly influenced by factors of high workload variation of 31 respondents (73.8%). Conclusions: The hospital is expected to be more aware of the workload and working hours of health workers in order to minimize the risk of work stress.","PeriodicalId":84995,"journal":{"name":"Journal of health education","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45807841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To this end, students can exhibit cyberloafing behaviors during distance education for various reasons. Thus, this study aims to determine the levels of cyberloafing and the factors affecting these behaviors of students studying in health programs during distance education. Methods: In this descriptive study, 405 students studying in the health programs of various private and public universities in Turkey and met the criteria for inclusion in the study formed the research sample. Results: When the students’ tools to access distance education during the pandemic process were compared, it was found that students using computers had higher levels of cyberloafing activities than those using other tools (p<0,05). Conclusions: Distance education keeps students connected to technological tools, increases the risk of engaging in activities irrelevant to the course, and thus leads them to exhibit cyberloafing behaviors. \u0000Keywords: Distance education; cyberloafing; COVID-19","PeriodicalId":84995,"journal":{"name":"Journal of health education","volume":"6 1","pages":"1-6"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48218609","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
