The abnormal return calculation method used in this research is CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model). As for what is presented as a population is all customers who have shopped at Mentari Swalayan and Alfamart. The sampling method used was convenience sampling, in which the total amount of respondents was 112. The research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale to collect data about price and product completeness variables and purchase desire, as well as the ease of shopping as a moderating using the HRA (Hierarchical Regression Analysis) method. The results of this study showed that price, product completeness partially and simultaneously have a positive significant effect on purchase intention. Production costs consist of Raw Material Costs, Direct Labor Costs, and Factory Overhead Costs. This study aims to find out the Production Cost Calculation Using Variable Costing Methods at BUDI KARYA Furniture. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research using primary data and secondary data in December 2018 obtained from the company. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of production costs for Raw Material Costs is Rp. 6,375,000, Direct Labor Costs of Rp. 7,100,000, and Factory Overhead Cost of Rp. 1,870,000. The examined sectors consumer goods sector, finance sector, property, real estate and building construction sector, and trade sector. The observation period used in this study for 100 exchange days consisted of 50 days before the disaster, 1 day during the disaster, and 49 days after the disaster. Samples were taken from 20 July 2019 to 6 December 2019. The research used several research windows, namely the day of the disaster, 2 days of the disaster, 3 days of the disaster, 6 days of the disaster, 10 days of the disaster, and 14 days of the disaster. Variable control is the Kurs and IHSG return. The research method uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that Salon Noni did not record and prepare financial reports based on SAK EMKM because they did not understand how to prepare the financial statements. Salon Noni MSME Financial Statements as of December 31, 2019 with total assets owned by MSMEs of IDR 140,534,000, total liabilities and equity of IDR 140,534,000, Salon Noni MSME Profit and Loss Report shows net income of IDR 75,217,000. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Business and the Faculty of Computer Science, Darwan Ali University. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, prerequisite test analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Expectations on Income had a positive and significant effect on the Desire to Start Entrepreneurship which was indicated by a significance valueless than the level of significance (0.000 <0.050) and the t value of 9.437 which was greater than the t table. (2) Self-concept has a positive and significant effect on the Desire to Start Self-Employment, which is indicated by a significance value less than the level of significance (0.000 <0.050) and the t-count value of 9.437 is greater than the t table. The research instrument was an experiment and questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods. Based on the testing of the t-test results obtained, the product quality variable has a t count of 0.020 with a significant 0.025, because the probability <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The price variable has a t-count of 0.009 with a significant 0.378. Because probability> 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.
