{"title":"[Dehiscence and fenestration: study of distribution and incidence in a homogeneous population model].","authors":"G Urbani, G Lombardo, P Filippini, F P Nocini","doi":"","DOIUrl":"","url":null,"abstract":"<p><p>Ninety crania of Italian and Austrian males, 25-32 years old, coming from the ossurary of Custoza have been examined, (in all 2205 teeth) to determinate the presence and the frequency of dehiscences and fenestrations. All the crania presenting signs of serious stomatologic pathology have been rejected. S.E.M. photographs of dentinal surfaces of composite, applied on dentin treated with acid agents or Caridex, showed extensive penetration of resin tags into dentinal tubules and their deep adaptation to rough and winding dentinal surfaces. When the hemophiliacs have to be submitted to oral surgery operations we can use various therapies according to the seriousness and to the type of the disease. {"title":"[Fluoride levels in mother's milk].","authors":"G Rumi, L Cataldi, S Loizzo, S Mancini, P Murolo, D Piselli","doi":"","DOIUrl":"","url":null,"abstract":"<p><p>Using an electrode selective for the ion fluorine, it has been determined the amount of fluorine in samples of human milk. In a sample of 35 nursing mothers, only 10 have shown the required parameters. The amount of fluorine in the water all 35 mothers imbibed in their daily diet has been measured. The results showed a small amount of fluorine in human milk and a possible connection between the amount of fluorine in the mothers' daily diet and the amount of fluorine in human milk.
