Riyanto, Nazori Nazori","doi":"10.31940/matrix.v10i3.2066","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31940/matrix.v10i3.2066","url":null,"abstract":"Ilmu dan teknologi pengolahan citra bermanfaat bagi kehidupan, salah satunya ialah membaca dan mengenali nomor pelat kendaraan dengan pengolahan citra sehingga sistem ini dapat mengawasi dan mengetahui kendaraan yang memasuki area parkir. Penelitian ini mencakup pengenalan nomor pelat dengan pengolahan citra untuk sistem otomatisasi palang pintu parkir pada area parker. Hal ini dilakukan dengan mengimplementasikan ilmu pengolahan citra pengenalan pelat nomor kendaraan dan mikrokontroler. Tujuannya adalah mempermudah proses masuk dan keluar pada saat parkir dengan tidak menggunakan sistem secara manual. Terdapat beberapa proses untuk mengenali nomor pelat (license plate recognition, LPR), yaitu proses tangkap gambar nomor pelat mobil (scanning), preprocessing, segmentation, dan pengenalan karakter (object character recognition, OCR). Selanjutnya dilakukan proses pemeriksaan apakah nomor pelat mobil diperbolehkan parkir di area parkir, melalui alur kondisi (ya atau tidak). Seluruh prosedur dengan menggunakan pengolahan citra diterapkan menggunakan metode image processing software. Selanjutnya, untuk mengontrol buka tutup palang pintu parkir digunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno, yang diperintah dari PC yang terhubung dengan komunikasi serial. Apabila pelat nomor mobil dapat terbaca oleh kamera dan sensor sebagai mobil yang menggunakan pelat nomor, maka PC mengirimkan karakter “1” ke mikrokontroler dan palang pintu parkir terbuka, jika tidak menggunakan pelat maka palang pintu parkir tidak terbuka, karena PC tidak mengirim karakter “1”. Berdasarkan percobaan dengan 20 sampel tingkat keberhasilan nomor pelat dapat dikenali yaitu 75%. Hasil dari OCR berupa teks yang dimasukkan ke dalam basis data. Teknologi baru era industri 4.0 menjadi salah satu penghambat perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia, karena pelaku UMKM tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk mengadopsi teknologi baru. Jika para pelaku UMKM dapat memanfaatkan teknologi seperti sistem informasi penjualan, media sosial, dan Google Bisnisku, maka teknologi tersebut akan dapat membantu dalam proses penjualan, pemasaran, dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kegunaan teknologi informasi seperti sistem informasi penjualan, media sosial, dan Google Bisnisku yang ada dalam UMKM dan mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi tersebut terhadap keberhasilan UMKM Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan UMKM yang sudah menggunakan teknologi seperti Tokopedia, Instagram, dan Google Maps berkembang dengan pesat. Omset dan aset semakin banyak, serta proses komunikasi dengan pelanggan menjadi semakin mudah. Hasil tersebut menandakan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi industri 4.0 dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan UMKM sehingga hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut dapat dikatakan kuat. Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia dapat dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM). Sugiartha, Politeknik Negeri Bali","doi":"10.31940/matrix.v10i1.1838","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31940/matrix.v10i1.1838","url":null,"abstract":"This paper aims to obtain the energy yield performances of a 1.3 kWp grid-connected solar photovoltaic system design for a small house building in Bali with an average electrical consumption of 6.36 kWh/day by using PVSyst simulation software. The house location is under a tropical climate with 27.2 °C average monthly temperature. The average monthly horizontal solar irradiation varies from 4.41 to 7.14 kWh/m. The photovoltaic panel position is optimized at 00 azimuth and 12.50 tilt angles, which arranged facing north with fixed tilted without any tracking. The proposed photovoltaic system composes of 4 poly-crystalline modules, each 325 Wp capacity connected in one string to establish maximum power point tracking in the inverter. One unit of the inverter of 1.6 kW is used to convert electrical power from DC to AC. The simulation results show that global incident irradiation and energy production at inverter output varies between 4.16 and 6.65 kWh/m/day and 129.9-199.7 kWh. The monthly performance ratio, capacity factor, system efficiency is found to fluctuate between 76.9-78.6%, 17.327.7%, and 12.8-13.0%, respectively. Biasanya citra medis membutuhkan penyimpanan yang cukup besar pada komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kompresi pada citra medis menggunakan wavelet packet transform (PWT) dan run length encoding (RLE). Tiga jenis codec yaitu Haar, Daubechies dan Biorthogonal digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini membandingkan rasio kompresi, waktu kompresi dan dekompresi untuk setiap citra. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga nilai threshold yaitu 30, 40 dan 50. Percobaan yang dilakukan menggunakan lima citra medis yang mewakili jenis citra hasil X-ray, USG dan CT-Scan sebagai data testing. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa codec Haar dan Biorthogonal memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan codec Daubechies dalam hal kualitas citra (PSNR) dan rasio.
