Early and efficient identification is important for can care choices and reducing mortality. Mammography is the most effective early breast cancer detection process. Radiologists cannot however make a detailed and reliable assessment of mammograms due to fatigue or poor image quality. The main aim of this work is to establish a new approach to help radiologists identify anomalies and improve diagnostic precision. The proposed method has been applied through the implementation of preprocessing then segmentation of the images to get the region of interest that was used to find a texture features that were calculated based on first Order (statistical features), Gray-Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM), and Local Binary Patterns LBP (LBP). In the features selection phase mutual information (MI) algorithm is applied to choose from the extracted features collection suitable features. Finally, Multilayer Perceptron has been applied in two stages to classify the mammography images first to normal or abnormal, and secondly, classification of abnormal images into benign or malignant images. In this paper, the effects of atmospheric blocking on weather events ''rainfall in particular'' over Iraq are evaluated. Daily meteorological data from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) for the period 2002-2018 were analyzed to identify different atmospheric blocking systems over Iraq and surrounded regions. In order to locate the blocks on maps, the study domain is extended from 10-70o N and 10-70o E for mean sea level pressure. This study state two cases of Omega blocking system occurred on 25 Jan 2006 and 01-03 Feb 2006. Rainfall observed by the Tropical Rainfall Measurements Mission (TRMM) along with true color cloud images detected by the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrora-diometer (MODIS) were employed for determining the severity and trajectory of rainstorms associated with atmospheric blocking systems. NCEP provides data with a spatial resolution of 2.5o × 2.5o while TRMM is 0.25o × 0.25o. Analysis of one typical year (2016) showed that among 24 blocking systems detected during the period of this work, 37.5% were Omega blocks, 20.8% were Cut-off low blocks, 16.7% were Rex blocks, and the percentage of the Cut-off high and Split flow blocks were 12.5% each. The pressure systems, especially those passing through the country in the winter rainy season and spring also autumn have a role in determining the amount of rainfall falling in the region In addition to climate change and its effects in terms of climate cycles and climate extremes and thus required determine the size of rainfall Whether it is beneficial or harmful. In this study to determine of heavy rainfalls, two important cases of heavy rainfalls were studied in 24, Dec, 2016 and 24, Nov, 2018, which exceeded 50 mm on the Iraq, from one country to another in this account , rainfalls rate, divider from the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) in which the rain intensity is determined according to the schedule and limits (light precipitation I≤2 mm / hour), (moderate precipitation 2 50 mm / hour). Each case was Analyzed and visualized by using the data analysis and display system (GrADS) The data were obtained from Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM). Show maps results of the first case in (24 December, 2016) in the northeastern region, the central region and the western region of the country the abundant rain condition through maps of rainfall rates on these areas as well as by maps of mean sea level pressure and dense cloud cover, maps showed a decrease the temperature accompanying the low pressure also streamlines, geopotential height, relative vorticity show this. And show the vertical velocity (omega), relative humidity, geopotential height, relative vorticity, and show support of air decline in terms of streamlines, relative humidity, geopotential height and relative vorticity over the country. Data was characterized using furrier transform infrared radiation FTIR, X-ray diffraction XRD, atomic force microscopy (AFM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results indicated a successful creation of nanoparticles of Ag 2 O. FTIR spectra showed a band around (501.49 cm -1 ), corresponding to the double bond of oxygen of Ag 2 O and XRD pattern identified the appearance of Ag 2 O nanoparticles, where six strong peaks were observed at 2θ (32,38, 46, 56,65and 75 ° ) related to Ag 2 O compared with the reference [11], and that indicated to the formation of these particles. Images of AFM showed Ag 2 O NPs with an average diameter of (57.31 nm) and SEM indicated a distribution of cubic shape of Ag 2 O NPs. In addition, the order of reaction was pseudo-first-order. The value of activation energy, enthalpy, the change in entropy and Gipps free energy has calculated. The value of activation energy was (+1.37j mol), the value of enthalpy (-1.371 jmol), the negative value of enthalpy was heat emission. The value of entropy was (+56.53 jmol) and the value of Gipps free energy was (-3.957 Jmol). In this study, silver oxide nanoparticles were prepared by the bio-synthesis method. The diameter of this particles was (57.31) nm. The development of digital signatures to e-mail services has raised the e-mail security, which led to replacing the standard mailing of registered letters. Unfortunately, the process of sending and receiving e-mails has created a negative impact means on security and privacy from cybercriminals by diffusing spam and malware. As a result, e-mail hosts are constantly under attack by malicious programs that are often attached to e-mails. In this paper, the simulation model and prototype of an email traffic monitor developed and tested in order to prove the ability of our proposed method for detecting new viruses. This paper states the success possibility of this new method based on the simulation results. The results of the analysis suggest that the Cyber Security Modeling Language (CySeMoL) model has a good performance of operating system vulnerability prediction.
