To reduce design complexity and decrease development time, this work adopts a novel SOPC design methodology, which means using embedded soft-core microprocessor Nios II and EDA tool Quartus II to accomplish design process. Nios II is a configurable and optimizable soft-core CPU which is embedded in FPGA. Using characteristics of Nios II, we put together every logical units that system needs and implant them into a single FPGA chip. Then uses the Avalon bus to connect with Nios II's Avalon bus main port (instruction and data control port) with function choose keys, LED display units and other peripheral equipment. Realize a signal generator system that is flexible to reduce, extend, with low power consumption, and has System on Programmable Chip (SOPC) function which means the system's software and hardware is online programmable and reconfigurable. The system design process uses SOPC design methodology.","PeriodicalId":6882,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Information Science and Control Engineering (ICISCE)","volume":"13 1","pages":"1257-1261"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91086051","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most models and methods for this problem are based on computing the similarity between pair documents modeled in a space of all terms, or a new feature space obtained by applying a topic modeling technique for a given corpus. In this paper, we regard these two ideas as clustering on term feature and on semantic feature, and have an assumption that they can contribute to each other in clustering. Also, we propose a co-training approach for spectral clustering taking two features into account. Experiments on four real-world datasets show the feasibility and efficacy of our proposed approach compared with a number of the baseline methods.","PeriodicalId":6882,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Information Science and Control Engineering (ICISCE)","volume":"148 1","pages":"38-43"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90413026","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is so coarse that the lower robustness of PRF, because there is still some relevant information in the non-relevant document and non-relevant information in the relevant document. A novel ranking scheme is proposed in this paper in order to accomplish a higher quality of pseudo relevant set. We try to realize automatically topic content analysis for pseudo relevant set, and divide pseudo relevant set into the relevant and the non-relevant at the document content level, so as to extract semantic relevant content for further selecting good expansion terms based on a smaller granularity, which would not worry about the cases that the top-ranked documents contain very few relevant documents. The experimental results on real Chinese collection show that our scheme can significantly improve the performance of retrieval.","PeriodicalId":6882,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Information Science and Control Engineering (ICISCE)","volume":"42 1","pages":"129-133"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90427700","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main idea is to use the metric of array index manipulation rather than using any heuristic method. We employ a SVM-based classifier to classify the vulnerable functions and innocent functions. By the above measures, buffer boundary violations can be detected precisely and efficiently.","PeriodicalId":6882,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Information Science and Control Engineering (ICISCE)","volume":"28 1","pages":"313-316"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75350433","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We got these results and conclusions: The secondary industry as percentage of GDP reduced and the tertiary industry increased from 2009 to 2014, the industry structure coefficient of the 8 cities had an obvious spatial differentiation. The coefficients of variation of most industries of the 8 cities in SDPUA in 2014 are more than these in 2009. Most of the coefficients of variation of industries as percentage of GDP are less than the that of industries production value both in 2009 and 2014. Generally, the integrated system works well in providing reliable navigation information. However, the GPS signal may be lost easily and the navigation accuracy will deteriorate badly without compensation. In order to overcome the limitation, a hybrid prediction method that combines the neural network and extended Kalman filter (EKF) is proposed. The neural network is trained when GPS signal is available and then it is used to forecast the measurement of EKF during GPS outages. In recent years, extreme learning machine (ELM) has attracted much attention and interest among scientific community for its extremely fast learning speed and superior generalization performance. Thus in this paper, the ELM is adopted and compared with Radial Basis Function neural network (RBFNN). The simulation result shows that the accuracy of the integrated navigation system is significantly improved by applying the proposed method and the ELM performs better in real-time capacity and generalization ability.","PeriodicalId":6882,"journal":{"name":"2016 3rd International Conference on Information Science and Control Engineering (ICISCE)","volume":"493 1","pages":"420-424"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-07-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85224601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
