It is clinically defined as the presence of ectopic endometrium resulting in sustained inflammatory reaction. In India, about 29,000,000 women suffer from endometriosis. Severe pelvic pain and recurrent endometriomas were observed even after surgery. We have conducted aspirations totally in 110 patients in which most of the patients were suffering from Stage III & Stage IV of endometriosis except for 7 patients for whom we have done as primary therapy for endometriomas. Among 110 patients, 4 patients didn’t turn up for follow up after first aspiration. This pilot study conducted with 110 patients in Ponni Hospital and Fertility Research Centre, Madurai aimed to evaluate pregnancy outcome in 51 infertile patients, and to alleviate pelvic pain, to restore a healthy sexual life and to reduce the recurrence rate of Ovarian Endometriomas (OE) in 59 patients, who did not seek fertility, After using the newer sclerosing agent Leuprolide with Cefoperazone Sulbactam (LCS) under ultrasound guidance. This prospective pilot study resulted in a highly significant achievement in pregnancy where 41 patients conceived out of 51 patients (80.39%) only 6 are in ongoing treatment. Those who didn’t seek fertility were 59 of which 43 have completed family 13 have one child and 3 unmarried girls. 96.61% were relieved of pain and recurrence and restored healthy sexual life, 2 are in ongoing treatment. We have not encountered any adverse effects during this treatment.

Exchange sex is defined as the exchange \u0000of sex for energy (in this case money), nevertheless, the classic normal relationships between men and \u0000women in society function in general as an exchange of sex for energy (money). \u0000So it could be argued that relationships between men and women in our society \u0000function on the basis of exchange sex. However, the intrapsychic conflict of \u0000individuals complicates and makes it difficult to achieve that happiness. We \u0000will also analyze the way to obtain Partial Happiness (get orgasms with people \u0000you are not in love with), Total Happiness (get orgasms from the people you are \u0000in love with), and a new concept The Supra-Happiness (get orgasms from many \u0000attractive people simultaneously; even if you are fall in love with these people or not). That happiness \u0000is only temporary, the original dissatisfaction and lack of the human psyche \u0000has to be filled and constantly satisfied with that temporary happiness.

Therefore, sexual activities occur behind bars, regardless of \u0000the stringent rules in correctional institutions. However, little has been \u0000documented about risky sexual behaviors, determinants, and experiences among \u0000inmates of correctional institutions in Katsina State, Nigeria. The study \u0000determined the sexual practices, prevalence, and determinants of risky sexual \u0000behaviors among prison inmates in Katsina. Methodology: A descriptive cross-sectional design with concurrent mixed methods of data \u0000collection was used to interview 216 inmates using a semi-structured \u0000questionnaire supplemented with 22 in-depth interviews. Result: Most (94%) respondents were male, almost half (44.4%) had secondary education, \u0000more than half (55.1%) were engaged in business or trading before \u0000incarceration, and the majority (75.9%) were awaiting trial. Nearly all inmates \u0000(98.6%) reported having sexual desire. Drug use (80.1%) and unprotected sex \u0000(79.2%) were quite common but sexual violence was low (7.4%). The number of \u0000sexual partners of respondents remained a significant predictor of sexual \u0000activity. Inmates who had one (1) or no sexual partner were 64% less likely to \u0000engage in risky sexual activity within the confines of the prison (AOR = 0.36, \u000095% CI = 0.20 - 0.63, p = 0.01). Qualitative interviews revealed the denial of \u0000occurrence of sexual activity in prison despite sexual desire felt by inmates; loneliness, \u0000poverty, and curiosity as motives for sexual relations; denial of occurrence of \u0000sexual violence in prison; and drug use and use of unsterilized sharps as risky \u0000sexual behaviors. Conclusion: Despite the \u0000disciplinary action meted out on inmates, prisoners still engaged in a range of \u0000risky sexual behaviors. Conjugal visitations for married inmates could be \u0000considered to reduce sexually deviant and risky alternatives of relieving \u0000sexual desire among prisoners.

Whilst all types of therapy that attempt to improve female sexual desire have long been \u0000established, the results are contradictory. Objective: To analyze all available evidence to validate the effectiveness of natural therapies in the \u0000treatment of FSD. Method: The study was registered at http://www.prospero.org (CRD42019127700). We searched the Institute for Scientific \u0000Information Web of Knowledge, MEDLINE, Pubmed, Scopus \u0000and Cochrane databases for all articles published in peer- reviewed journals in April 2019 \u0000(in any language). Results: The literature search strategy identified 95 articles, 81 of which were \u0000excluded at the different search stages. \u0000Finally, we systematically reviewed 15 RCTs, 11 of which referred to primary FSD, and four of which \u0000analyzed women with drug-induced FSD \u0000(DFSD). Most of them analyzed hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
