Several article discovery strategies extending from customary to deep learning approaches are proposed. Ship detection framework in deep learning technique accomplishes high execution, which benefits from a SAR free open dataset (SFOD). Nonetheless, a dominant part of them are computationally dangerous and have exactness issues. The main problem identified is when the number of images increases, performance may decrease. To overcome this, we propose a technique called Hybrid YOLO, which realizes K-Means Clustering and WordTree for object identification and image classification. Hybrid YOLO also realizes SEPD for the improvement between sea clutter and ship targets and bounding boxes for the probability update network. The proposed model is implemented using Conda, used with Tensorflow and Keras Framework utilizing the SAR Ship Dataset. By accustoming this photonic crystal we diminish the signal drop by governing and employing the incandescence discharge. Here, we are accustoming to Roger ro4350 substrate material, which has a limited signal drop due to PCB concrete using the signal. The return drop is diminished and gain is upgraded by applying photonic crystal when correlated with the conventional antenna. In this paper, the investigation on the designed antenna is performed with different triangular lattice of various outer radius (OTR) and inner radius (INR). Microstrip antenna is designed by CST software. High gain and decreased return loss is obtained in the triangular lattice of OTR 0.4µm and INR 0.2 µm. Around the world, numerous plastic plants are manufacturing tons of plastic bags which are very commonly used by the society because of its comfort, cheapness and handiness. But the adverse impact of plastic is certainly not highlighted or not openly debated in a serious tone. The negative impact of the plastic in the environment made many counties to ban it due to public concern. Specifically, in Agri dominant countries, such as Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, South Africa, etc., the government has taking stringent efforts towards the prevention of single ended plastic. Since, plastic bags are not bio-degradable, the only way to get rid of them is to burn up which discharges the toxic fumes into atmosphere. Dumping of plastics at the soil will also results in degradation of soil quality and makes it as an unfit to the agriculture. The domestic animals will take the plastic papers as food which will lead to their death. An ultimate solution to the above said problem is the replacement of paper bags, in the place of plastic bags. The cost, ease, availability and load carrying capacity are the main factors restricting the use of paper bags among the public. Only Few manufactures are available in the field and due to the cost of machineries, complexity of production, availability of raw materials, man power and electricity demand results in higher cost which becomes as a barrier among the common man in the adoption of paper bags. In this paper, a cost effective, portable, solar powered paper-bag making machine is proposed to produce paper-bags. The proposed design will minimize the usage of plastic bags and assist in the motto of a clean and safe society. The machine is capable of handling different sizes and textures of the paper. It also has the provision to control the speed of production and monitor the quality of the output. In that process multilevel inverters (MLIs) have gained more attention due to its impeccable advantages. In this work, a novel topology with boost ability, and reduced number of components is proposed. Capacitors used in the proposed structure possess self-balancing ability and the works competently under any loading condition. It is worthy to mention that the blocking voltage of proposed circuit is with in the limits of source voltage even with the dual boost. Sinusoidal pulse width modulation switching strategy technique is employed to get gating signals. Simulation using MATLAB is carried-out to assess the performance of proposed inverter. If the brain illness is recognized in its premature phase, it is possible to suggest and implement a treatment procedure to cure/control the disease. Schizophrenia is one of the chronic brain disorders; which severely affects the normal behavior of a person. The person with schizophrenia will have problems with thinking, feeling and general behavior. Medical signal and image based procedures are commonly used to identify the schizophrenia and a considerable number of signal (EEG) assisted techniques are already discussed in the literature. The proposed work aims to detect and analyze the schizophrenia using brain MRI slices. This work executes a segmentation practice to extort the brain section affected with the schizophrenia. Several retinal diseases affect the eye such as retinal tear, detachment of retina, glaucoma, macular hole and macular degeneration etc. Since most of these diseases have an effect on the blood vessels within the eye, analyzing the structure and variation in feature of retinal blood vessels help in identifying the disease and its severity. In this paper, we are extracting the blood vessels from retinal fundus image using Tsallis entropy principle and bacterial foraging algorithm. The retinal images are obtained from red-free fundus photography. ELD has formulated as a constrained minimization problem that satisfies certain practical and realistic constraints. In this study, both quadratic and non-convex fuel cost characteristics have considered as an objective function under static and dynamic load environments. The grey wolf optimization algorithm (GWO) has adopted as an optimization tool. It carries the exploration and exploitation process in search space through encircling, hunting, and attacking, and the algorithm has incorporated into a solution repair strategy. Therefore, a new optimum generation schedule has arrived. For demonstration, two test systems have taken with from earlier reports with full consideration, such as transmission loss and valve point loading effect. It is an eco-friendly fitness craze which started off as an organized activity following the increased concern of plastic pollution. People involved in plogging are exposed to repetitive bending. Plogging activity can be carried out in stoop, squat, semi-squat or lunge posture. The present research aims to identify which posture is more suitable for the activity. Posture analysis was conducted in thirty-six healthy subjects during plogging using Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) to check the risk level of the postures. Kruskal-Wallis test is performed in order to determine whether there are any statistically significant differences between the risk level of different postures as well as post-hoc test is conducted in order to find out the interaction between risk level and postures for significance. Squatting posture and lunge posture are found out to be more suitable during the plogging activity when compared to the other two postures such as stoop and semi-squat due to the less lumbar loading. The proposed work aims to implement an imaging approach to segment the Leukocyte (White-Blood-Cell) section from the thin blood smear image. The Leukocyte segmentation and evaluation is an initial process and it is related with the blood-sample analysis. The proposed technique implements the integration of RGB image threshold and segmentation technique to extract the White-Blood-Cell (WBC) section with better accuracy. In this work, the Bat-Algorithm (BA) and Shannon's entropy assisted thresolding is initially executed to enhance the WBC by eliminating the other sections and later the Watershed-Algorithm (WA) is executed to extract the WBC.
