Because the exhaust post-treatment technology does not need to be reformed for diesel engine, and the quality requirement of fuel is relatively low, domestic and foreign research and development institutions all attach great importance to the research of exhaust post-treatment technology. By analyzing the mechanism and main chemical reaction of SCR reaction, the overall design scheme of marine diesel engine exhaust intelligent emission reduction control system was completed in order to reduce the nitrogen oxides and solid particles in the exhaust of marine diesel engine. According to TierIII emission regulation and marine diesel engine exhaust, the hardware structure design and model selection of marine diesel engine exhaust intelligent emission control system are completed. In order to ensure that the emission of the control system can meet the requirements of nitrogen oxide conversion rate and ammonia gas escape quantity at the same time, the corresponding model prediction algorithm is designed in this paper. Through the analysis of experimental results, it is proved that the control system established in this paper can well meet the emission requirements of TierIII regulations. Firstly, take the buck mode for example, the predictive model is established according to the equivalent circuit model of the converter under different two switch states. Then the cost function is built to evaluate the performance of the converter. Otherwise, the cuckoo search optimization algorithm is introduced and used to solve model predictive control optimization problem so that the speed solution was improved. Finally, the simulation was carried out by MATLAB/Simulink and the results of the model predictive control, PI control was analyzed and compared. In particular, we focus on the delay margin achieved by two kinds of containment protocols, one is $P$-type and the other is $PD$-type. We provide the exact expression of the delay margin and its explicit bound by optimizing the network coupling strengths within their allowable ranges. The results show that for a strictly unstable discrete-time first-order multi-agent system, its delay margin depends on the unstable pole location of each agent, as well as on the eigen-ratio of the network topologies. In addition, the delay margin can be enlarged by $PD$-type containment protocol with respect to $P$-type one. Battery energy storage systems (BESSs) can mitigating wind power fluctuations by adjusting their charging/discharging rates if they are integrated into WFs. In this paper, we design a strategy for the BESS, aiming to enhance performances on mitigating wind power fluctuations. The strategy optimizes charging/discharging rates of the BESS to minimize the energy of the fluctuating component extracted from the output power of the BESS-integrated WF. Based on the optimized results, a charging/discharging power instruction is generated for the BESS with considerations of random forecast errors on wind power. We also design two special indices to evaluate performances on mitigating wind power fluctuations respectively from aspects of fluctuating energy and fluctuating power amplitudes. Sequential Monte Carlo simulation (SMCS) is applied to simulate the operation of the BESS-integrated WF. In response to this problem, this paper proposes an information retrieval method based on NLP. Firstly, the semi-supervised learning algorithm is used to describe the natural language under the manifold condition, and the undirected graph is constructed for all the data. For the undirected graph after construction, we use the label propagation algorithm to simplify the undirected graph to reduce the computational complexity in the information retrieval process. Then the keywords will be extracted by TextRank algorithm to achieve information retrieval. The system does not need wired wiring, and the data is transmitted based on ZigBee protocol. It can monitor, regulate, alarm and manage the greenhouse environment in the whole Dendrobium planting area at the monitoring master station, and store the relevant parameters such as operation data into the database in real time. The system provides accurate, fast and comprehensive greenhouse environment parameters for greenhouse planters, and achieves the goal of remote online monitoring and regulation of Dendrobium greenhouse environment. In this paper, the forward kinematics and inverse kinematics models are established for the index finger. Kinematics analysis is carried out. Then a bionic finger rehabilitation robot is designed according to the movement characteristics of the finger, A parallelogram linkage mechanism is proposed to make the joint independent drive, realize the flexion/extension movement, and perform positive kinematics and inverse kinematics analysis on the mechanism.
