The photoluminescence of these structures is investigated. It is found that the yttrium aluminum composite obtained from the solution with terbium concentration 0.1 mol.% demonstrates the most intensive photoluminescence in the green range. The pulse generator has the following technical specifications: the output frequency range of 40-60 MHz; the output power not lower than 1 W; the RF pulse length from 0.1 to 50 μs; the interpulse interval from 2 μs to 60 μs.
