{"title":"电力OTN网络断面编号波道规划方法 Power OTN Network Section-Coding Wavelength-Channel Planning Method","authors":"李疆生","doi":"10.12677/HJWC.2018.81001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12677/HJWC.2018.81001","url":null,"abstract":"随着电力信息化的不断发展,电力企业在生产和管理方面的信息化需求不断增长,用于信息通信传输的相关电力SDH网络技术,在传输带宽和网络扩容两方面的问题日渐突出。为满足未来清洁能源接入、能源互联战略发展、大数据云计算联网的需求,国内电力企业已经陆续开展高速率接入、灵活调度、管理安全的OTN网络建设工作。本文以电力OTN网络建设工程实例为基础,提出一种简便实用且计算准确的断面编号波道规划方法。首先从OTN技术网络优势着手,通过业务需求统计、断面编号步骤、波道规划原则及波道配置方面进行规划方法的阐述;其次所提方法通过断面编号方法进行OTN网络波道规划,实现根据业务实际需求完成准确的按需配置波道,保证电网业务服务质量的同时保证网络规划期内的投资有效性。 With the rapid development of power information, the information requirements are growing in the production and management of electric power enterprises. And the two issues of related SDH technology have become increasingly prominent in its transmission bandwidth and network expansion. In order to meet the demands of the future clean energy access, the energy strategy development, and the big data & cloud computing interconnection, the domestic power enterprises have implemented the construction of OTN network, which is characterized by high-speech accessing, flexible scheduling and secure managing. Based on the practices of power OTN projects, this paper proposed a section-coding wavelength-channel planning method, which is of the features in both practicing simply and calculating accurately. Firstly, the paper described the OTN planning methods in the view of its network advantages, which included services’ requirement statistics, section-coding steps, wavelength-channel planning principle and its configuration. Due to the uncertainty of the speech in the statistical model of noisy speech, the unified processing of speech signals will inevitably result in the loss of speech components, which will affect the performance of speech enhancement. Therefore, this paper mainly studies and estimates the frequency of each signal. The speech probability is then combined with the gain function of the squared spectrum least mean square error algorithm to derive a new gain function.
