It is generally composed of the single polyether or polyol, but its lubricity and anti-collapse inhibition can’t satisfy the application of current water-based drilling fluid systems well. Consequently, the laboratory has carried out research on the anti-collapse lubricant compound polyalcohol. The anti-collapse lubricant samples are mixed with lauryl polyether, nonylphenol polyether and Tween 80 according to different proportions. The cloud point, the reduction rate of lubrication coefficient and linear expansion are measured, and the change they caused should be observed. Then, the optimal ratio is optimized through orthogonal experiments. The results show that the increase in the content of the three kinds of polyethers respectively enhances the inhibition. When the content of lauryl polyether increases, the cloud point of the anti-collapse lubricant declines and the reduction rate of lubrication coefficient rises; when the content of nonylphenol polyether increases, the cloud point declines, but it has little effect on the reduction rate of the lubrication coefficient; when the content of Tween 80 increases, the cloud point rises, and the reduction rate of the lubrication coefficient first augments and then basically remains unchanged. The best mass ratio of lauryl polyether:TW-80:nonylphenol polyether is 6:3:4.","PeriodicalId":65460,"journal":{"name":"长江油气:英文版","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70474446","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The complexity increases with the increase in the number of reservoirs and wells in a particular field. Individual well’s ESP frequencies have to be constantly updated to ensure optimum oil productions from the field. The choice of the ESP frequency to be used must come from sound engineering decisions which do not come from mere intui-tion but must be backed up by mathematical models and computer simulations. This study proposes to evaluate field production network optimization on ESP lifted wells using quadratic sequential programming techniques. The optimization approach seeks to determine the ESP frequency for each well that will lead to the maximum field oil production while honouring the field operational constraints. Two reservoirs and five wells were considered. The non-linear optimization problem for the ESP lifted wells in the field was formulated with their boundary conditions. The simulations were perfor med in Prosper and GAP software. Prosper software was used in building the individual well’s ESP models for the five wells in the field. Individual well’s model in Prosper was exported to GAP and simulations were run in GAP for the field network system. GAP simulations were run in two cases: case 1 comprises ESP simulation without optimization while case 2 comprises ESP simulation with optimization. For case 1, while honouring the operational constraint imposed on the systems in the field. From the results, it was realized that at the basis of well, the higher the ESP frequency, the higher the well’s production rates. Sensitivities on the effects of separator pressure on production rates show that separator pressures affect the well’s productions rates. A reduction in separator pressure from 200 psig to 80 psig led to a 1.69% increase in field oil rate. Comparison of results for case 1 and case 2 showed that ESP field network simulation with optimization yields had a higher field production rate than ESP field network simulations without optimization. There was an increase in oil rate of 1.16% and 2.66% for constraints 1 and 2 when ESP simulation was done with optimization rather than without optimization. Also, simulation with optimization comes with higher pump efficiency than simulation without optimization.","PeriodicalId":65460,"journal":{"name":"长江油气:英文版","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70474617","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Since the control and removal of pollution are expensive, it is essential to identify the possible sources of contamination and to correctly classify groundwater on the basis of its intrinsic and integrated vulnerability. Objectives: To group ground water chemical ions and heavy metals parameters into similar groups. Method: The investigation made use of standard analytical procedures. All sampling, conservation, transportation and analysis followed standard procedures described in APHA (2012). To prevent degradation of the organic substances, all obtained samples were transferred to the laboratory, while kept in an ice-box. Results: Sampling records from the same area are generally assigned to the same cluster during hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA). The cluster diagram shows the grouping of the heavy metal in the study area during wet and dry seasons. It reveals that 5 distinct clusters were identified for wet season and 4 clusters were identified during dry season. Also, it reveals that 5 distinct clusters were identified for wet season and for dry season, 4 distinct clusters were identified. Conclusion: The findings of this study are significant for po-licymakers and agencies in terms of dealing with the issues identified to enhance sustainable livelihood practices in the oil rich Niger Delta region of Nigeria. Therefore, decision-makers should take proper initiatives to get local people aware of the endangered zones before use, as drinking water is key to good health. Similarly, multinational oil companies will find quest for viable social corporate responsibility and remediation plans in their respective host communities. The method proved to be a useful and objective tool for environmental planning.","PeriodicalId":65460,"journal":{"name":"长江油气:英文版","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70475022","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After one oil extraction, water injection is needed for secondary extraction. With a large amount of calcium and magnesium ions in the water, which is easy to form a large amount of insoluble scale, its formed barium sulfate and strontium sulfate scale are more difficult to handle than carbonate scale. In order to reduce the difficulty of oil production work, this paper mainly targeted the sulfate scale for experiments, and prepared the scale retardant agent CQC-1. Through orthogonal experimental screening, the mass ratio of itaconate acid:methacrylic acid:AMPS:sodium acrylic sulfonate was 2:1:1:1, increase the amount of evocating agent was 8% and the reaction time was 4h, the sulfate scale inhibitor synthesized at the temperature of 80 ̊C had the best performance. Using scale resistance rate, degradation and salt-resistance, the experimental results showed that the scale resistance rate of CQC-1 reached 90.46%. In the four-week degradation experiment, the degradation rate reached over 71% and was maintained by 80.65% at 150 ̊C, while the scale resistance rate still reached 80.35% in simulated saline. It has excellent scale resistance, temperature resistance, saltresistance and degradation, and has good development prospects.","PeriodicalId":65460,"journal":{"name":"长江油气:英文版","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70474529","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
