After a brief description of the mission and its specificities, the last results of radiometric and geometric performances are introduced, giving an overview of the good health of the mission. After that, different remote sensing applications are highlighted showing the capabilities of VENμS mission for land observation and monitoring. In this frame, the differences with other sensors are underlined, as well as VENμS stereoscopic capabilities for Digital Elevation Model (DEM) generation.
