However, over expensive cost, especially the material cost limited its industrialization. Aquiculture wastewater, which is rich in nitrogen and phosphorus, is a main reason for the eutrophication of the surrounding water and is always a problem for the sustainable development of aquaculture. Although many treatments have been used in the field, the expensive cost limited their wide application. Microalgae can utilize the N and P in the wastewater to grow, so it is feasible to purify the wastewater by the microalgae and produce the biomass energy of microalgae from the wastewater. The present paper studied the growth of Chlorella pyrenoidosa in three aquiculture wastewaters and optimized the cultivating condition. The study showed that Chlorella pyrenoidosa could grow in the wastewater from the culture of Cynoglossus semilaevis. Under the condition of pH5, illumination 5000 LX and original inoculation density 0.01 mg/mL, the microalgae had the best growth. Studies concerning the effects of contact time, sorption temperature and initial XO concentration were discussed. Results of batch experiments showed that CMC-β-CDP exhibited some sorption capacities towards XO. The isotherm fitted Freundlich model for the sorption of XO on CMC-β-CDP. The sorption capacities of CMC-β-CDP, β-cyclodextrin polymer (β-CDP) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) towards XO in aqueous solutions were investigated. Based on Honghu Lake's features, this paper uses the theories and methods of resource economics and eco-economics to evaluate the ecosystem service function value of Honghu Lake from the aspects of resources function, environment function and social function. The conclusion shows that Honghu Lake's ecology service value is 2.8063 billion RMB Yuan. Among them, the biological resources value is 1.0734 billion RMB Yuan which accounts for 38% of the total value, and the value from storing and regulating flood is 1.0382 billion RMB Yuan, 37% of the total. The results indicate that the Honghu Lake wetland ecosystem service function value mainly lies in providing aquatic products and storing and regulating flood. To realize the data transmitting reliability and real time, the design proposal of the measurement node of the CAN-bus by using the chips of AT89C51 and the SJA1000 is put forward, and the design of software and the hardware of the node is given. But the adhesion strength to its tie bar affects its permanence. In order to simple the traditional production processes, a new method was proposed. First, a new theory of anti-corrosion using amino and carboxyl groups to change the distribution of steel surface was introduced. The theory was used to produce a high strength environmentally friendly steel agent layer which can guarantee the durability of the entire wall. The high strength materials can reduce the weight of whole walls with low cost. In order to meet the strength and the stiffness requirements, the appropriate tie bars were selected by the experimental analysis. The results show that the new method can overcome the bond strength of the issue. It has a high performance, good insulation, and good corrosion resistance. It effectively prevents the corrosion of steel. This paper expounds the fundamental principles of RSA algorithm. The realization of RSA algorithm includes the generation of RSA cryptographic key and the encryption and decryption of data. By using RSA algorithm, we can use the private key of the sender to sign the plaintext and the public key of the receiver to encrypt.
