The research on the flow and heat transfer performance outside double row tube is of great important for the optimal design and safe operation of air cooled condensers. Under different frontal wind velocity, the 3 dimensional airside of double row tube is simulated; the flow field and temperature field are analyzed and studied. Data regressions show the equation of pressure drop and mean heat transfer coefficient with frontal wind velocity. Considering the complexity of response characteristics modeling about efficiency and NOx emission, a hybrid particle swarm optimization with invasive weed (IW-PSO) was proposed to optimize the constrained objective functions. In IW-PSO, particle swarm optimization (PSO) and invasive weed optimization (IWO) were integrated in parallel form, and after some iteration, IWO was considered to assist PSO. And in the process of optimizing, variational optimization objective values were tracked by inspection of the results conducted previously. By changing the saturation degree of the cross section area, the capacity of the reactor can be changed. In this paper, focusing on a new type of magnetic valve controllable reactor prototype, the precise 2-D field-circuit coupling model of the prototype is established in the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Based on this model, the magnetic state within the core is studied under the combined effects of AC and DC. The results showed that the removal rates of COD had optimum values with the variation of concentration of ferrous sulfate, the frequency of ultrasound, the concentration of FeCl3, PAM and H2O2, these optimum value were 68.3%, 68.5%, 68.7%, 67.5%, respectively. As a result, it indicated that the best reaction conditions were C¿Fe2+¿=40mg/L, C (H2O2) =55mg/L, C (FeCl3) =5.4mg/L, C (PAM)=1.2mg/L, and the frequency of ultrasound wave was 34.19kHz, Under the reaction conditions, the removal efficiency of COD reached 77.7%. The influence sequence of the COD removal efficiency by the single factor was Fe2+≫ H2O2≫PAM≫the frequency of ultrasound wave ≫ FeCl3. This paper described the ordinary methods of soil solution sampling namely direct soil sampling, flow automatically method and suction method, introduced the operation methods, suitable range and installation of figuline soil solution sampler. The addition of trace elements to the anaerobic reactor has positive effect on the anaerobic treatment of coking wastewater, but too much or too little of it will have negative effect. At the same time the addition of trace elements will be a large cost in field scale anaerobic wastewater treatment. So it is necessary to assay the optimal addition of trace elements to either enhance the anaerobic treatment efficiency or save the cost of addition trace elements. As the coking wastewater is generated in the coal gas purification and by-product recovery processes, there will be some trace elements remain in wastewater, which can save the cost of addition trace elements to coking wastewater than other wastewater anaerobic treatment. After three months’ stable operation at the optimal conditions and with the general addition of trace elements in ASBR, the optimal addition of trace elements was conducted in this study. In the condition of the addition of 60% of general trace elements into ASBR reactor, the COD removal rate could reach as high as 67.8% and had a high biomass remain in the reactor. But too low concentration of trace elements resulted in poor treatment efficiency. The experimental results showed that when the dosage of FeCl3 was 35mg/L, the removal of turbidity was above 95%, the organic matter was above 50%, and recovery of membrane flux reached 81% for the combination process. On the other hand, among the four coagulants (FeCl3, Polymeric Ferric Sulfate, Al2(SO4)3, Polymeric Aluminum Chloride) the iron-based coagulant is superior to Al-based coagulant not only in the removal of turbidity but also the organic matter, and the effect of coagulation was affected by pH. A synthesized power and frequency control method based on fuzzy neural networks presents nonlinear systems in this paper. The controller parameters were designed to detect the power and frequency fluctuation, and adaptive updating method was introduced to estimate and tracking error. Fuzzy neural networks was used to adjust the system parameters and construct automated power and frequency control, and the tracking error compensation control force, which given by state estimation, was used to realize adaptive power and frequency control. This framework leaded to a simple structure, an accurate detection and a high robustness.
