The results show that partnership has significantly and positively influenced on financial management; financial management has also significant and positive influence on enterprise performance; Supply chain partnership can not only influence enterprise performance directly, but also influence it indirectly through financial management. Under such circumstances, we propose a 3PL-based synergy strategy model in order to satisfy the needs of the two sides. This paper outlines the structure of this model and gives a brief introduction of how this model can be implemented. In order to understand the affecting extents, the compressive strength of corroded cement samples were examined under different corrosion conditions by carbon dioxide and temperature. The corrosion mechanism of oilwell cement by carbon dioxide and the corrosion effects on the compressive strength of oilwell cement are investigated. The results show that in the early corrosion period of 7~14 days, the compressive strength increased with increasing the curing temperature and the carbon dioxide pressure. In order to revive the canal and revitalize the areas along it, the Tainan city government initiates a re-development project. This system consists of two prediction models that the first is used to estimate contamination condition of insulator and the second is employed to forecast the probability of the flashover in complex weather conditions. The outdoor insulation level of operation insulator can be real-time mastered by using this system, which achieve the accurate flashover prediction and precaution. Then a technical support platform based on GIS is supplied in order to timely avoid the region power grid flashover accident. Under the current environment of informatization and networking, it is imperative to establish a distributed maritime search and rescue distributed intelligent decision support system. A maritime search and rescue intelligent decision support system is studied in this article and system analysis, design and implementation are described. The results show that during the course of decision-making the human interference can be reduced relying on maritime search and rescue decision support system, and the system can evaluate the hazards of disaster, the effect of the emergency response action and the cost-effective of rescue resources.
