The influences of different polymerized precedure were studied. The results indicated that 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosephate ionic liquids possessed good column coating property and a chromatographic separation ability after polymerized either in-column or out-column. While the column by polymerized outside had better column efficiency than that in column. The Grobs mixture, alcohols, alkanes and aromatic position isomers, such as xylene, nitrotoluene, dichlorobenzene and cresol were separated well. [Method]By using of static method, toxic effects of urban sewage treated or untreated on zebrafish embryos and larvas were observed under control conditions in laboratory. Furthermore, their possible toxic mechanisms were also discussed. [Result]The sewage of M sewage treatment plant in AnNing District, Lanzhou, the effluent of contact tank of M sewage treatment plant, the effluent directly poured into the Yellow River from contact pool of M sewage treatment plant, all of them had toxicity to the embryos, and EC50 of 72h was between 21.384% and 108.492%. Similarly, toxicity of water samples to larvas hatched from embryos treated was very obvious, too. The results of model estimated by randge regression method show that the average boundary output elasticity of temperature and precipitation factor to the manufacturing undulation output value are −0.1813 and −0.0683 respectively, which means both of temperature and precipitation have negative impact on Nanjing manufacturing. Over the long term, negative impact of temperature presents a weakening trend, while the one of precipitation presents a further increasing trend. By orthogonal experiment and single factor experiments, the extraction was optimized with regard to solvents and operational parameters, such as temperature, solid-to-liquid ratio, and extraction time. Ethyl acetate solvent was found to be optimum in combination with extraction time of 5.0h, leaching temperature of 60°C, and solidto-liquid ratio of 1∶35. The extracts showed distinct antibiotic activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Escherichia coli. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) were 0.063 mg/mL, 0.500 mg/mL, and 0.250 mg/mL respectively, and the minimum bactericidal concentrations (MBCs) were 0.125 mg/mL, 1.000 mg/mL, and 0.500 mg/mL respectively. The assessment of ecological values and services, significant for ecological and environmental protection, is mainly based on ecology and economics principles and has emphasized on the use of remote sensing and GIS technology in recent years. This paper presents a case study in which the MODIS data were used to retrieve important variables such fractional vegetation cover, net primary productivity, and so on that were incorporated into the modelling of ecological capital (EC) in Shihezi area, Xinjiang. The model for ecological capital assessment was built using the MODIS retrievals, meteorological observation, and in-situ measurements, and used to estimate the spatial distribution of the values of EC in the south Junggar border in the years from 2000 to 2009. The results indicate that the EC values of the grasslands and water bodies account for a large portion of the total in the study area. The spatial distribution of the EC is uneven, exhibiting high values in the south and low in the north of the study area. The capital values in the last ten years have been totally reduced down in the area, and the components of the capital values have varied to some extent. This was mainly caused by two reasons: climate change and human activities. The fluctuation of precipitation and rising-up temperature are main natural factors that caused the reduction and variation of regional EC values. On the other hand, the Shihezi Oasis and the surrounding areas are characterized as strong human interference in the last 50 years or so such as agricultural and urban land development, and overgrazing. This system integrates modern wireless communication technology, the signal gathering technology and computer network technology. MSC1210 is used in data collection system in order to make this system accurate and fast. The system has the strong points of Internet and GSM. One side the low communication fee remote online environmental monitoring system has been accomplished; the other side the reliability and real time have been improved remarkably. The result shows that the system has high reliability and it is fit for data collection of temperature and salinity. The relationships between the electronic structure and anticancer activity were analyzed by the parameters of the geometry, Mulliken populations and the atomic frontier electron densities, which were optimized by DMol3 module. The results showed that carbon atom of the ITCs in the group of N=C=S was the main electrophonic reaction site, and sulfonyl or sulfur in the side chain was the secondary site.
