In this paper, the authors performed an exploratory and predictive analysis of the 2016 KID data set to examine respiratory disease trends among children. They applied the multiple linear regression and random forest regression methods to build a predictive model for the length of stay (LOS) for children with respiratory problems. The tree approach implemented using random forest is found to be a better approach for predicting the length of stay (LOS). In addition, they performed an exploratory analysis of significant fields from the data set. From the analysis, it is found that the winter season has the highest number of inpatient admissions of children having chronic respiratory illnesses. However, due to differences in physical fitness and exercise levels among participants, unexpected situations are inevitable. Therefore, this article takes some long-distance running teachers and students as the research object to study the situation of lower limb injuries in long-distance running teachers and students and analyzes the frequency and location characteristics of lower limb injuries. Then, a series of simple and feasible lower limb structural assessment and functional tests were conducted on selected long-distance running teachers and students with and without lower limb sports injuries. Research has found that the main types of sports injuries for teachers and students in long-distance running include sprains and strains. To address this issue, this article conducted a study on the impact of Tai Chi exercise on middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients. The study selected a certain number of middle-aged and elderly hypertensive patients for comparative experiments to observe the changes in blood pressure, heart rate, body fat, and other indicators after Tai Chi exercise; evaluate the impact of Tai Chi on the quality of life of hypertensive patients; and reveal the mechanism of Tai Chi in preventing and treating hypertension. The research results indicate that through Tai Chi exercise, patients' systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and pulse pressure difference all show a significant decrease. Research has shown that doing less intensive exercise can improve the impact of negative emotions, thereby enhancing the immune system. Long-term high-intensity exercise can suppress immune function. In the event of a disease outbreak, the immune system can be strengthened by providing adequate nutrition. The most important thing is that the human body should have sufficient high-quality protein. Firstly, protein is the material foundation for maintaining health. Secondly, the human body needs to consume more vitamin A. Thirdly, we mainly eat trace elements such as iron, zinc, and selenium. Fourthly, there must be more biologically active foods. How to solve menopausal health problems has become a major challenge. By comparing the menopausal symptoms, Greene symptoms, psychological emotions, and satisfaction of two groups of women, the impact of physical exercise combined with psychological intervention on women's menopausal health is analyzed. The research results indicate that after two intervention methods, women's depression and anxiety scores significantly decreased, but the combination of physical exercise and psychological intervention has a greater reduction. The overall satisfaction of the combined intervention group reached 94.67%, much higher than the 87% of individual interventions. This article takes college students in the Chengdu Chongqing region as the research object, analyzes the causes of basketball sports injuries among college students through questionnaire survey, and proposes rehabilitation methods and preventive measures for sports injuries. The research results indicate that the main reasons for athlete injuries include improper preparation activities, technical errors, excessive load, poor physical fitness. To reduce the occurrence of injuries, it is necessary to do good warm-up training and enhance the flexibility of joints and ligaments. During physical rehabilitation training, it is necessary to focus on controlling the training intensity and establishing a phased recovery plan. Ultrasound can be used to accelerate the recovery speed of athletes' injuries. Further in-depth research is needed to cure tennis elbow with extracorporeal shock waves. This article selects 400 tennis elbow patients who were recuperated at Southwest Medical University in 2020 and uses extracorporeal shock wave therapy and ultrasound therapy to compare and analyze the visual analogue scale of pain and positive rate of traction characteristics before and after treatment and summarizes nursing care. The research results indicate that after extracorporeal shock wave and ultrasound treatment, the lower the pain visual analogue scale and the faster the positive rate of traction features in patients, and the better the treatment effect of extracorporeal shock wave. The most accurate impact treatment site is the most painful area that the patient usually feels. For the purpose of forecasting potential combinations of accident occurrence, various sensor nodes are integrated into a single system. A LabView-based simulation has been performed to address additional potential conditions after a real-time hardware module with a constrained number of sensors was used to examine various conditions. With the help of an IoT interface, this design will allow a new model in the vehicular communication system to identify different accident occurrences and provide the relevant information to the underprivileged. This study uses the breast cancer Wisconsin dataset and evaluates the model's performance using measures including accuracy, F1-score, precision, and recall. Comparisons are made between the SVM model's performance and those of alternative classification techniques including logistic regression, decision trees, and random forests. The findings demonstrate the usefulness of utilising predictive analytics models, notably the SVM algorithm, for the detection of breast cancer. This study aims to explore patients' perception of service quality in the UAE, a topic that has not yet been extensively studied. A qualitative approach, using social media data, was employed. Grounded theory techniques were used to analyze online feedback and comments on clinical services posted by patients. Results revealed five key factors that shape patients' perception of service quality: time efficiency, human interaction, complementary facilities, value for money match, and accountability.
