Unfortunately, the potential of this platform is still not accessible by the differently-abled population. In this paper, a feasible solution is proposed to build a compact and efficient web architecture using open-source tools to address all disabilities on a single website. Three different categories of disabilities are targeted, and considering their active senses, and convenient tools are developed for human-computer interaction without using any external hardware. Resulting in a robust framework of web accessibility tools to enhance web traversal for differently-abled people. As a case study, 25 users tested the practicality of the proposed framework as demonstrated by implementing it on an Indian Government website. It was observed that the tools were appreciated as adequate by approximately 80% of users. This solution has been proposed to the Government of India and has received positive feedback on several tests.","PeriodicalId":55938,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Innovation","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47387341","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This manuscript per the authors noticed that during the census of cultural heritage, the presence of human resources linked to heritage is not something that is represented in a smart engine of a framework. Which is why the goal is to integrate the human resource and therefore add a relational aspect to the NoSql documents so that the resulting framework can have a smart engine to link data.This model is a set of ICHD (Intelligent Cultural Heritage Document) which are JSON documents that represent of the different types of cultural heritage entities. Those documents will be managed in a MongoDB repository architecture that will allow to them, so that the microservices-based ICHC framework can offer a big data context that can handle a huge variety, volume and velocity of data and be based on distributed operations.","PeriodicalId":55938,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Innovation","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45598942","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

CBR is a problem solving approach based on the reuse of past experiences called cases. To improve the performance of the retrieval phase, a Random Forest (RF) model is proposed, in this respect we used this algorithm in three different ways (three different algorithms): Classic Random Forest (CRF) algorithm, Random Forest with Feature Selection (RF_FS) algorithm where we selected the most important attributes and deleted the less important ones and Weighted Random Forest (WRF) algorithm where we weighted the most important attributes by giving them more weight. We did this by multiplying the entropy with the weight corresponding to each attribute.We tested our three algorithms CRF, RF_FS and WRF with CBR on data from 11 medical databases and compared the results they produced. We found that WRF and RF_FS give better results than CRF. The experiemental results show the performance and robustess of the proposed approach.","PeriodicalId":55938,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Innovation","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46702385","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This explains the high costs in terms of budget and time needed to correct vulnerabilities. To minimize these costs, automatic solutions of vulnerabilities prediction have been proposed. Existing machine learning (ML)-based solutions face difficulties in predicting vulnerabilities in coarse granularity and in defining suitable code features that limit their effectiveness. To addressee these limitations, in the present work, the authors propose an improved ML-based approach using slice-based code representation and the technique of TF-IDF to automatically extract effective features. The obtained results showed that combining these two techniques with ML techniques allows building effective vulnerability prediction models (VPMs) that locate vulnerabilities in a finer granularity and with excellent performances (high precision (>98%), low FNR (<2%) and low FPR (<3%) which outperforms software metrics and are equivalent to the best performing recent deep learning-based approaches.","PeriodicalId":55938,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Innovation","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47383059","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The recognition system acts as a translator between a disabled and an able person. This eliminates the hindrances in the exchange of ideas. Most of the existing systems are very poorly designed with limited support for the needs of their day to day facilities. The proposed system embedded with gesture recognition capability has been introduced here which extracts signs from a video sequence and displays them on screen. On the other hand, a speech to text as well as text to speech system is also introduced to further facilitate the grieved people. To get the best out of a human-computer relationship, the proposed solution consists of various cutting-edge technologies and Machine Learning based sign recognition models that have been trained by using TensorFlow and Keras library. This huge and variant data can be analyzed to find interesting human mobility patterns for socio-economic development and allow a city administrator to understand the daily commuting patterns of the city dwellers in almost real-time. This paper proposes the techniques and algorithms that use these data to identify (i) optimal transport routes in a city; (ii) Business viable retail outlet location in a city. The aggregated information has been modeled as a network, and graph-theoretic approaches are used to derive a feasible solution. The main advantage of this work is that CDR provides low cost, real-time, noise-free data that captures the evolving dynamics of the movement patterns, and hence any decision taken based on this will be apt and prompt.The only limitation of this study is the unavailability of raw CDR data due to the confidentiality issue for experimental proof of the proposed methods on a real city topology.","PeriodicalId":55938,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Innovation","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48884043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study used a method of conducting a survey targeting students who have completed medical tourism education and industry-related experts by applying the revised IPA and AHP analysis. The results of this study are as follows; First, it was found that students and experts commonly recognized the instructor competence as an important factor. Second, the education program that was selected as the first priority in AHP was identified as an excitement factor from the perspective of students. Third, among the instructor's interaction qualities, it was found that 'identifying the level of understanding of students' is important to both students and experts. Fourth, among the services provided by educational institutions, it was found that 'providing information' is important to both students and experts. Finally, it was confirmed that neither students nor experts are aware of the importance of environmental quality.","PeriodicalId":55938,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Innovation","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48403660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The tools (language) that move and communicate the world are changing. Lifelong education must also learn new languages and communicate through them. It is an era in which the level of national digital literacy is the adaptability and competitiveness of the future society. In line with these times, studies on various literacy education and programs are being actively conducted in the field of lifelong education. However most of them are fragmentary event education or one-time programs. It is difficult to say that it is an education for continuous improvement of digital literacy capabilities. Lifelong education must realize social responsibility and public values. And we must foster the right citizens of the future society. For this it is necessary to change the paradigm of lifelong education and change communication tools and contents. In this study we propose a methodology for establishing a lifelong education platform based on digital literacy education.","PeriodicalId":55938,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Innovation","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43633388","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has the ability to discover customer purchase trends in the retail market. By using that knowledge, retailers can incorporate innovative schemes (discounts, cross-marketing, seasonal sales offers,... etc) to enhance profit. Even though many HUIM algorithms are proposed to detect profitable patterns, most of them cannot be applied to all kinds of retail market data sets due to certain assumptions. The first assumption is that the items always produce a positive profit. But in reality, even though overall profit could be positive, some of the items make negative profit. The second one is they are developed for static transactional data. Those are useful to take decisions at some intervals like quarterly, half-yearly, yearly. But, to take decisions at any time by analyzing the present sales trend, it is required to process the data stream.","PeriodicalId":55938,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Software Innovation","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.6,"publicationDate":"2022-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46715946","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
