Irawan, Limpad Nurrachmad","doi":"10.15294/MIKI.V8I2.17184","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15294/MIKI.V8I2.17184","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan sasaran tetap dan sasaran berubah arah terhadap ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh, untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh bagi mereka yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan rendah, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap ketepatan tendangan jarak jauh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2, dengan menggunakan tes awal (pre-test) dan tes akhir (post-test). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 132 orang, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis varian (anava) dua jalur pada α = 5%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan dengan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis logis yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa pada materi hitting softball dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 80 dan tingkat kesesuain teknik gerakan adalah 4.05 dengan kategori sangat sesuai. Kata kunci: resiprokal, hitting, softball ABSTRACT The need for reciprocal learning methods in mastering the basic techniques of hitting so that the ability to hit can be more specific in conducting evaluations because of the presence of observers. This research is an applied research with data analysis used in this study is a descriptive quantitative analysis. Rangkaian gerakan yang terus meningkat pada latihan fisik memerlukan enegi yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan penggunaan glukosa sebagai energi selama latihan fisik submasimal. Glukosa merupakan senyawa yang menjadi sumber energi utama bagi tubuh. Glukosa dapat menjadi energi dengan jalur secara aerobik maupun anaerobik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan UNP yang memenuhi kriteria inkuisi dengan jumlah 30 orang. Setiap sampel melakukan latihan fisik berupa lari intesitas submaksimal dengan 80% dari Heart Rate Maxmimal. Glukosa darah pada sampel diambil pada saat sebelum latihan, setelah latihan dan setelah fase pemulihan (10 menit setelah latihan dihentikan). Kadar glukosa ditentukan berdasarkan strip test monitoring menggunakan darah kapiler dengan menggunakan Autocheck glucose meter. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh kenshi yang terdaftar pada Dojo Balaikota Padang, sedangkan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sehingga yang menjadi sampel adalah kenshi putra dengan jumlah 31 orang. Data daya ledak otot tungkai diambil dengan standing board jump, keseimbangan dengan tes stork stand, dan kemampuan tendangan mawashi geri dengan tes kemampuan tendangan mawashi geri. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment dan korelasi ganda lalu dilanjutkan dengan uji koefesien determinasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Penelitian eksperimental ini dilakukan pada 12 wanita usia 19-22 tahun. Desain penelitian Treatment by subject, perlakuan 1 Latihan Aerobik 14 kali sesi dan perlakuan 2 pemberian Kafein dan Latihan Aerobik 14 kali sesi. Subyek diukur BB, TB (BMI), PBF (skinfold callifer) sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Hasil penelitian terjadi penurunan BMI pada P2 lebih tinggi daripada P1 (0,75+0,39; 0,44+0,23), hasil uji t-test menunjukan hasil perbedaan yang signifikan 0,041 (p<0,05). Penurunan PBF pada P2 lebih tinggi dibandingkan P1 (0,84±0,23; 0,42±0,30), uji t-test menunjukan hasil perbedaan yang signifikan 0,001 (p<0,05). Simpulan dan saran: efek latihan aerobik dan pemberian kafein dapat menurunkan body mass index dan percent body fat pada wanita overweight usia 19-22 tahun. Kata kunci : BMI; kafein; latihan aerobik; overweight; PBF. ABSTRACT Controlling body weight can be done with aerobic physical activity. Besides caffeine in the body's metabolism can also reduce body mass and percent fat, if both are combined can provide a more effective influence in reducing Body Mass Index and Percent Body Fat in Overweight of female. This experimental study was conducted on 12 women aged 19-22 years. Research design Treatment by subject, treatment 1; Aerobic exercise 14 sessions and treatment 2 Caffeine and Aerobic Exercise 14 sessions. Subjects measured BB, TB (BMI), PBF (skinfold callifer) before and after treatment. The results of the study showed a decrease in BMI in P2 higher than P1 (0.75 + 0.39; 0.44 + 0.23), the results of the t-test showed a significant difference of 0.041 (p <0.05). The decrease in PBF in P2 was higher than P1 (0.84 ± 0.23; 0.42 ± 0.30), the t-test showed a significant difference of 0.001 (p <0.05). Conclusion: the effect of the combination of aerobic exercise and caffeine intake is more effective in reducing body mass index and percent body fat in overweight of female. Perlu adanya strategi agar woodball menjadi lebih memasyarakat dan muncul atlet-atlet baru, salah satunya adalah melalui pembinaan di sekolah, baik dalam pembelajaran maupun ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi dan minat siswa se-Kabupaten Jepara terhadap cabang olahraga woodball. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan jenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode kombinasi atau Mix Metods,. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 7 sekolah SMA di Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah sampel 372 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi siswa terhadap cabang olahraga woodball dengan kecenderungan posistif dengan prosentase 15%, dan kecenderungan negatif 24%, minat siswa terhadap cabang olahraga woodball yang positif dengan prosentase 43%, dan kecenderungan negatif dengan prosentase 18%. Dengan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap olahraga woodball rendah, namun minatnya sangat tinggi. Maka disarankan agar guru penjas mengenalkan woodball kepada siswa dalam pembelajaran. Soccer has already attracted attention either sport scientist and government from many countries to promote the benefit of active physical activity and also maintained people’s health, including the minorities and poorest. (Hammami et al, 2016; Milanovic et al., 2015; Parnell et al., 2016). Furthermore, this sport can be used to support the health public program in order to prevent chronic diseases due to cause lack of physical activity (Krustrup et al., 2010).Quality food choices and adequate nutrition nutrient are important for supporting training program and enhancing the physical performance of professional athletes. Macronutrients provide the metabolic substrates necessary for producing the chemical energy required for skeletal muscle contraction and cardiovascular physiology, while the micronutrients help the metabolic reactions involved in energy production and gas transport in the circulation. Soccer is a sport requiring for both aerobic dominant and also anaerobic energy. It needs the players to exercise repetitively at high intensities using large muscle groups for periods of several seconds to several minutes for the full match (90 min) plus added time. Metabolically, athletes depend to a certain extent on their endogenous glycogen stores in the liver and skeletal muscles. Besides from genetic factor, talent and the effort of training, it has been acknowledged that no single factor plays a bigger role in maximaxing physical performance than dietary plan.This Review article was made to show the important role of carbohydrate and dietary fiber in the aspect of soccer game, resumed from scientific articles especially from Europe/USA where soccer was more advanced there.
