Methods — The key points of surgical cooperation included: Preoperative visit and communication with medical staff, detailed understanding of surgical methods, preoperative preparation of items, intraoperative position placement and placement of Leonardo's robot equipment, reasonable arrangement of operating room according to surgical methods and close intraoperative cooperation. Results — The patient was successfully conducted with cardiac surgery with less intraoperative bleeding and was admitted to ICU for further treatment. Tracheal intubation was removed on the 1st postoperative day, and the patient was transferred to cardiac surgery ICU on the 2nd postoperative day. Chest drainage tube was removed on the 6th postoperative day, and the patient was discharged successfully on the 9th postoperative day. Conclusion — Robot-assisted off-pump whole artery small incision coronary artery bypass grafting enjoys obvious advantages over thoracotomy. There is less bleeding in the postoperative with low complication rate, so the pain of patients is reduced with fast the postoperative recovery. Therefore, it won high satisfaction among patients. Good preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing is an important guarantee to promote the rehabilitation of patients.","PeriodicalId":55584,"journal":{"name":"Australian Journal of Advanced Nursing","volume":"40 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.4,"publicationDate":"2022-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83186352","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"医学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Besides, scientific management of centralized sampling in large-scale nucleic acid testing has become an important content. Focusing on the actual situation of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, this paper studies the centralized sampling management method of large-scale nucleic acid testing. The author points out the effective management methods from four aspects, that is, scientific sorting of the key steps, scientific storage and effective handover of samples, paying attention to the management of sampling environment, and supervision and inspection of sampling quality.","PeriodicalId":55584,"journal":{"name":"Australian Journal of Advanced Nursing","volume":"39 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.4,"publicationDate":"2022-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82199579","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"医学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the negative effects of physical appearance, an area where individuals may present perfectionism, have not been studied well. This study aims to understand the relationships between the constructs of perfectionism, appearance comparisons, and body dissatisfaction with disordered eating behavior. The current study examined the association between the two sub-dimensions of physical appearance perfectionism scale (i.e., worry about imperfection and hope for perfection) and disordered eating behavior in young Chinese gay men. A total of 234 respondents were selected by convenience sampling and snowball sampling. Four questionnaires were administered (i.e., Physical Appearance Perfectionism Scale, Eating Attitude Test, Physical Appearance Comparison Scale, Multidimensional Body-Self Relations Questionnaire-Appearance Evaluation Subscale). The results indicated that 34% of gay men in the sample met criteria for elevated risk of eating disorders, multiple regression analysis found that worry about imperfections had a direct effect on disordered eating behavior in young Chinese gay men, whereas hope for perfection did not show a significant direct effect on disordered eating behavior. The two sub-dimensions of physical appearance perfectionism have an indirect effect on disordered eating behavior, mediated by physical appearance comparison. However, the results showed that worry about imperfection and hope for perfection did not have an indirect effect on disordered eating behavior with body dissatisfaction as mediators.","PeriodicalId":55584,"journal":{"name":"Australian Journal of Advanced Nursing","volume":"11 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":1.4,"publicationDate":"2022-07-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87654558","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"医学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods — 5 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were treated by middle meningeal artery embolization with puncture and drainage of hard passage based chronic subdural hematoma under local anesthesia. Besides, vital signs should be monitored, consciousness and pupil can also be observed, more attention was paid to postoperative nursing after embolization and hard channel puncture and drainage, as well as the prevention of complications. Results — 5 patients were well recovered after operation, and 1 patient developed urinary retention, which was relieved after given active nursing measures. Conclusion — Middle meningeal artery embolization with puncture and drainage for chronic subdural hematoma can be adopted to improve the quality of life of patients, enhance prognosis, as a result, avoiding recurrence. Top priority given to nursing after operation serves as the key to patients' rehabilitation.
