The scales, teeth and disarticulated bones are found together in accumulations, which may be interpreted as coprolites. The diversity of cornulitids in the Rakvere Regional Stage at the Pechurki quarry is usual for the Upper Ordovician of Baltica. The cornulitids of Pechurki quarry encrusted hard organic substrates in a mud bottom (clay and carbonate clay) environment. D'un point de vue sedimentologique, les unites sedimentaires du Devonien du mole de Tiffrit sont liees a une dynamique gravitaire, dominee par un accroissement du niveau marin et rythmee par une subsidence accrue. In the current state of the inventory 35 different locations were identified, mostly in the Savigné-sur-Lathan Basin. 3,266 specimens, covering 8 of the 9 orders of terrestrial mammals found in the Faluns, are currently registered in the data set. To date, the most impressive published Faluns mammal collections are from HARTMANN, hosted at the volunteer \"Musée du Savignéen\" (Savigné-sur-Lathan) and BOURGEOIS (today split in different museums). Cette coupe composite integre les coupes partielles de Clavaillan, Pichouraz Sud et Est, La Tuiliere, Les Gays et Gargas (Vaucluse, SE France). Notre revision a montre en particulier que le banc marno-calcaire, rapproche du \"Niveau blanc\" vocontien et jusqu'alors suppose unique et isochrone, qui divise la serie marneuse affleurant dans les coupes de Clavaillan et de Pichouraz, correspond en fait a deux niveaux stratigraphiquement distincts. La presente etude confirme que la serie visible des marnes aptiennes dans la region stratotypique, non compte tenu de la Formation supra-urgonienne \"A1\" de Leenhardt (1883), ne comprend que les termes sommitaux du Bedoulien et une partie inferieure (= Gargasien inferieur et moyen) de l'Aptien s.s. (i.e., sensu Orbigny, 1840). Etayee par une approche integree, la mise en parallele de la serie du Bassin d'Apt avec les termes contemporains du Bassin de Cassis-La Bedoule a egalement permis de detecter et de quantifier des variations importantes, non concomitantes, des rythmes d'accumulation sedimentaire entre les deux secteurs. Au final, la coupe de Clavaillan, situee a 8 km a l'WSW de Gargas, constitue l'unique affleurement ou la limite entre la Sous-Zone a Grandis et la Zone a Furcata est visible dans un contexte permettant de le proposer comme candidat a la fixation du GSSP du sous-etage Gargasien (ou de l'Aptien s.s. dans sa conception historique).","PeriodicalId":55273,"journal":{"name":"Carnets De Geologie","volume":"17 1","pages":"161-189"},"PeriodicalIF":1.4,"publicationDate":"2017-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.4267/2042/62954","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44220231","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"地球科学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These moldavites, like other moldavites previously described from Lower Silesia, are recovered from fluvial sands and gravels of the Gozdnica Formation. Like other Polish moldavites, the moldavites in this study display high SiO2 contents (~77 wt.%). Their dimensions range from 9 to 11 mm in maximum diameter. Most likely this symbiotic association was accidental. Rugosans presumably benefitted from the bryozoan, which served as an anchor to stabilize them in hydrodynamically active waters. The lack of malformations and no decrease in the size of bryozoan zooids near the rugosans indicate a lack of negative effect of the rugosans on the bryozoan.
