To accurately assess the overall urban risk, a regional risk assessment model for urban public safety was proposed by using the information diffusion theory. The entropy theory was employed to optimize the information diffusion model to reduce the uncertainty. A framework of urban regional risk assessment model based on information diffusion and entropy was constructed. Finally, a case study of Hangzhou city in China was presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed method. Results showed that the proposed method could successfully estimate the urban regional risk of Hangzhou city. The risk levels and probabilities of different hazard indicators were basically consistent with reality. The hazards with respect to industrial and mining accidents and road traffic accidents were extremely serious. More than 80 deaths from industrial and mining accidents would occur almost every 3 years, and more than 400 deaths of RTA would occur almost every 2.6 years. Moreover, centralized intervals of the risk level associated with five hazards were found, where urban risks were more likely to happen and had higher vulnerability. It could provide guidance for the government’s urban safety management and policy-making.","PeriodicalId":55177,"journal":{"name":"Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":1.4,"publicationDate":"2023-11-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139266996","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"数学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We measured the GTFIE using the super slacks-based model and established a threshold model using financial agglomeration and fiscal decentralization as moderating variables for empirical analysis. The findings indicate that the level of GTFIE in China is relatively low, with an average value of only 0.588 in the sample provinces. It is worth noting that there is a serious imbalance in China’s regional green innovation development. The eastern region has an average GTFIE of 0.886 and is home to nine of the top ten GTFIE provinces. Moreover, regional financial factors exert a substantial moderating impact on the spillover of OFDI. OFDI exhibits a significant dual threshold effect on GTFIE under external fiscal moderation. Specifically, with an increase in the degree of financial agglomeration, the relationship between OFDI and GTFIE changes from being insignificant to a significant positive correlation, with a gradient enhancement. Meanwhile, the relationship between them exhibits an “inverted U-shaped” nonlinear dynamic pattern under fiscal decentralization moderation.","PeriodicalId":55177,"journal":{"name":"Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135141137","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"数学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Perona–Malik (P-M) model is a well-known anisotropic diffusion denoising model, which can effectively remove noise while preserving edges. However, its diffusion coefficient only associates with the gradient of each pixel but not with the local region information; thus, the P-M model is not able to effectively preserve the important details of image. To address this problem, this paper proposes an anisotropic diffusion denoising model based on local entropy. The diffusion coefficient of the new model not only depends on the gradient of image but also on the local region information described by local entropy. On this basis, a coupled anisotropic diffusion scheme is proposed for detail-and edge-preserving smoothing. Experimental results show that the proposed model not only can effectively remove noise while preserving the boundaries better but also can maintain important details in an image very well.","PeriodicalId":55177,"journal":{"name":"Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135340987","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"数学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study constructs four strategic government green subsidy models, wherein the nongovernment subsidy, government subsidy for green agricultural producers, subsidy for green consumers, and dual subsidies. Based on Stackelberg’s game theory, this study analyzes the impact of differentiated green subsidies on heterogeneous agricultural product supply chain decision-making. The results show that the government will provide green subsidies only when the input cost coefficient of green quality is within a certain threshold. Consumers’ preference for green agricultural products will improve the level of green quality. The dual subsidy strategy of the government has the highest social welfare and can stimulate the motivation of green production. When considering the subsidy expenditure, the green consumer subsidy strategy can achieve a higher level of green quality and promote the consumption of green agricultural products. The government should combine different subsidy target effects and subsidy effects to provide appropriate green subsidy strategies. According to the corresponding subsidy strategy, the producers and retailers of heterogeneous agricultural products carry out green investment, reasonable pricing, and precision marketing.","PeriodicalId":55177,"journal":{"name":"Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135392065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"数学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results show that industrial robots can significantly improve carbon emission performance. Mechanism analysis shows that industrial robots can improve carbon emission performance through productivity and competition effects. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the application effect of industrial robots varies based on enterprise nature, regional location, and carbon emission intensity. The study can make potential contributions. First, this study systematically analyzes the impact of artificial intelligence technology on carbon emissions from the perspective of carbon emission performance, which can supplement the research on carbon emission performance. Second, this study calculates application levels of artificial intelligence technology at the enterprise level and uses panel and linear intermediary effect models to analyze the transmission mechanism between the application of artificial intelligence technology and carbon emission performance. Third, the heterogeneity analysis results can provide empirical support for formulating differentiated artificial intelligence carbon reduction strategies and be used as a reference to further promote the green development of artificial intelligence technology.","PeriodicalId":55177,"journal":{"name":"Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135271573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"数学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Today, RL is considered a strategic activity. Legal requirements, social responsibilities, environmental concerns, economic interests, and customer awareness have led manufacturers to produce eco-friendly products and to collect returned and used products. Nevertheless, there are barriers to the implementation of RL in organizations. This study sought to prioritize solutions for overcoming the barriers to the implementation of RL in the Iranian iron and steel industry. To analyze the data, interval type-2 fuzzy AHP (FAHP) and fuzzy TOPSIS (FTOPSIS) have been used. The results revealed that “policy-related issues,” “knowledge-related issues,” and “economic issues” were the key barriers and showed the highest ranks, respectively. Furthermore, the results indicated that “strategic collaboration with reverse chain partners,” “using advanced technologies for waste collection,” and “transparent quality and product value” were the major measures to overcome the barriers. The proposed model suggests that decision-makers should consider long-term relations with supply chain partners in organizations to implement RL.","PeriodicalId":55177,"journal":{"name":"Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135809105","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"数学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Reduced air pollution and the preservation of natural resources are required to help protect this aerial spa. Together with the expert employees of this NP, the EV that would best suit their needs was chosen. The process of decision-making combines subjective and objective methods. Employees first chose the criteria and alternatives and then weighed their importance. On that occasion, Z-numbers were used to include uncertainty in the decision, because it is not always possible to make decisions with complete certainty. Furthermore, the weight of these criteria was determined using the fuzzy PIPRECIA (PIvot Pairwise Relative Criteria Importance Assessment) method. Range (C1) became the most important criterion, followed by vehicle cost (C2), and the technical specifications of these EVs were used to compare them. Because these specifications vary, a rough set was used in which the minimum and maximum EV characteristics were taken based on specific criteria. To rank the alternatives, the R-CRADIS (Rough Compromise Ranking of Alternatives with Distance to Ideal Solution) method was used. According to the research results, the Mercedes eVito Tourer 90 kWh is the highest ranked EV and the validation of the results confirmed these findings. According to the research results, the Mercedes eVito Tourer 90 kWh is the highest ranked EV and the validation of the results confirmed these findings. The sensitivity analysis revealed that if criterion C1 is not as important, the other EVs are ranked higher. Automotive manufacturers make product portfolio decisions by setting multiple criteria such as fuel consumption, sales, and volume. It is also important to take into account the symbiotic interaction effects between automotive products. In order to achieve the above research objectives, this paper constructs the Lotka–Volterra MCGP model to make multicriteria decisions on automobile product portfolio design from the perspective of energy sustainability with BMW Brilliance is taken as an example to illustrate the process of using the multicriteria model. The empirical analysis successively measures product growth using the logistic model, analyzes the symbiotic relationship of product portfolios using the Lotka–Volterra model, and finally performs multicriteria evaluation using the MCGP model. In order to verify the reliability of the model, this paper verifies the robustness of the model from the perspectives of parameter dynamics, system boundaries, and model scalability. The results of empirical analysis and robustness analysis show that the Lotka–Volterra MCGP model proposed in this paper is applicable to the multicriteria decision-making of automobile product portfolio design from the perspective of energy sustainability.","PeriodicalId":55177,"journal":{"name":"Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-10-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135729559","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"数学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
