Tangerang City is consists of 13 sub-districts, one of them is Tangerang SubDistrict that has an area of 17,45 km² based on land use Tangerang Sub-District is has a more diverse and wider green open space and as an ecologically is.complete for all aspect in landscape structure compared to other sub-districts. Landscape structure is an arrangement of landscape elements consisting of green open spaces in form of corridors as the green belt along the river, the green belt along the railroad, matrix as soccer field, network as the green belt along the way, and patches as road island (Godron, 1963: 83). Although as an ecologically is complete.compared to other sub-districts, however, the Spatial Planning requires 30% and the area is green open space. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate the existence of green open space, evaluation is done as an effort to achieve the goal of forming a system of green open space as an effort to increase the percentage of green open space to 30% of the total area. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, while the qualitative stage is to evaluate the fulfillment of the criteria and each of the mapped green open spaces. This villa has the potential for permaculture planning. A permaculture is a place that can be used for the management of agriculture and livestock to improve the quality of land, provide results and income, and remain sustainable into the future. This study aims to determine the condition of the site and its potential so as to produce a landscape plan that fits the characteristics of the villa landscape. The stages of this research are preparation, inventory, analysis, synthesis and site planning. The results of the data analysis show that the site has low land characteristics with high rainfall throughout the year. The character of the landscape on the site is natural with the main landscape elements in the form of grass and trees. The basic concept produced in this study is The Journey of Permaculture. Landscape planning is designed based on the concept of space, the concept of circulation, the concept of vegetation, and the concept of hydrology. The layout is divided to create zones that can save the time and effort needed. The vegetation is divided into production plants, conservation plants and supporting plants. This study aims to analyze the suitability of vegetation type for city park and analyze the effect of vegetation placement on garden user activities. The method used is observation to obtain data about the type of vegetation and user activities in several areas of the park. The literature study method is used to develop vegetation suitability indicators for city parks and assess the suitability of each vegetation. The results obtained are 64 types of vegetation which are composed of groundcovers, shrubs, and trees. Based on research, as many as 53 types of vegetation are suitable and 11 other types are quite suitable for city parks. The vegetation functions as shade, limiting view, and aesthetics. Denpasar City is also famous for its cities which have many rivers. Bindu River as a place of recreation is one of the alternative outdoor recreation in Denpasar City. Bindu River has various facilities that can be used by visitors as a place of recreation. The facilities Bindu River area is still not in accordance with good standardization and placement that is not good. This study aims to maximize existing facilities by providing recommendations for facilities that are referenced through good standards and laying. The research method used is the survey method with observation techniques, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of the study state that there are several facilities that have not followed good standardization and laying. Facilities available in the Bindu River area are: seating, trash cans, garden lights, toilets, culinary stands, gazebos, jogging tracks as well as recreational facilities such as mini soccer fields, physical games, tubing, sports equipment, and gymnastics area. Many visitor activities are carried out in the Bindu River area, but some of the facilities provided are in poor condition. Pearl grass variagated (Axonopus compresuss), is a kind of ornamental grass used as landscape grass or carpet grass. Planting pearl grass variegated at this time, just plowing land, only ultisol. These conditions cause the growth of slow grass, easy soil erosion, then it takes quite a long time to cover the land. Because Ultisol is poor for nutrients and has a solid soil structure, it requires a mixture of organic composition to add nutrients and improve soil structure to loose. Therefore Organic materials used such as sawdust and cow dung manure. The objective of the research is knowing the composition of planting media consists of, Ultisol (PMK), sawdust (SG) and cow‘s manure (KS) on planting of pearl grass variegated. Planting is done on the map with size 0.5 m x 0.5 m. This research used Completely Randomized Design () with 6 treatments, 5 replicates, each replication consist 25 plant and sampling 20%. Treatment for compositions such as m0 (PMK 100%), m1 (PMK 75%: SG 25%), m2 (PMK 75%: PS 25%), m3 (PMK 50%: SG50%), m4 (PMK 50%: PS 50%), m5 (PMK 50%, PS 25%, SG 25%). The research was done for approximately 3 months from mid August to November 2017 in experimental garden Faculty of Agriculture UNTAN. The Research shows that the composition of planting media have significant effect on observation variables, such as number of tillers, stolon length, cover area, root length and dry weight.
