This paper aims to improve teaching efficiency and enhance the knowledge acquisition and practical ability of students. The author first reviewed the theories related to teaching technology, including learning theory, information technology theory, and educational theory. On this basis, the incentive mechanism and learning expectancy of cognitive psychology were introduced to the teaching technology, creating a novel teaching technology model. The effectiveness of the model was compared with the traditional teaching technology through application experiment. The results show that the proposed method outperforms the traditional approach in teaching efficiency and learning effect. This paper empirically analyses the psychological factors that affect the sentencing decisions of judges. A total of 80 local judges from different regions of China were selected and asked to rate seventeen reasons related to sentencing decision-making. The results show that, if a judge handles an influential case in an undisturbed environment, his/her sentencing decision is not greatly affected by psychological factors, i.e. the psychological factors have an unobvious incentive or inhibition effect on the reasons for decision-making; The few judges who adjust their decisions under psychological factors tend to take more factors into consideration, reflecting the thinking mode of political judges; the motives and goals of the other judges are clear and concise, preventing them from being swayed by psychological factors. This paper aims to ascertain the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of college law teachers. The research data were collected through a questionnaire survey on college law teachers from two provinces in eastern China. During the survey, each question was scored by the Likert 5-point scale. The survey results were subjected to multiple regression analysis. The results show that female lawyers have higher emotional intelligence than their male counterparts; all four dimensions of emotional intelligence have positive impacts on the performance of college law teachers; the emotional intelligence of college law teachers should be improved through group psychological counselling, case analysis and experience exchange.
