Schomacher","doi":"10.1055/a-1106-7796","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1055/a-1106-7796","url":null,"abstract":"Zusammenfassung Passive Mobilisation wirkt allgemein schmerzlindernd und kann daher auch bei schmerzhaften Bewegungseinschränkungen der Frozen Shoulder effektiv sein. Die schwache bis moderate Evidenz in der Literatur ist diesbezüglich unklar. Bei der im Krankheitsverlauf der Frozen Shoulder entstehenden bindegewebigen Gelenkkontraktur ist die manuelle Mobilisation unwirksam. Der vorliegende Beitrag erläutert anhand einer narrativen Literaturanalyse die Ursachen einer bindegewebigen Gelenkkontraktur und stellt Behandlungsmöglichkeiten vor. Die tägliche stundenlange Behandlungsdauer scheint hierbei eine entscheidende Rolle zu spielen. Einige Studien erreichten dies mit der Schienenbehandlung.
