However, entrepreneurial leadership (EL) is an emerging leadership style which is still in the early stages both conceptually and theoretically. This study aims to explore the relationships between EL and organisational innovation (OI) with an intervening effect of innovation climate (IC). Data were collected from 279 respondents within textile sector of Pakistan. Data were analysed using four core statistical techniques, i.e., descriptive statistics, convergent validity test, discriminate analysis, and structural equation modelling. First, the results showed a positive effect between EL and OI. Second, the findings unveiled the positive association between EL and OI through mediating influence of IC. This study contributes to the leaderships' literature by highlighting the significance of entrepreneurial leadership performance mechanism for organisational innovation. Furthermore, this study offers several managerial and theoretical implications alongside future opportunities for practitioners and research scholars.","PeriodicalId":53600,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Information Systems and Change Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75581623","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Additionally, a mediating role of organisational support was also assessed. Data were collected with the help of pen and paper survey, and a total of 450 questionnaires were sent to the employees working in IT, and telecommunication industries, out of which 380 survey questionnaires were received back. Partial least square structural equation modelling technique was used to test the developed hypotheses. Results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between incivility and KSB and also revealed a significant mediation effect of POS. Several implication and contribution of the study are discussed. This study contributed to the theory by bonding two opposing poles of social exchange theory in one framework. Especially, the role of incivility and organisational support in knowledge sharing has not yet been investigated in one model.","PeriodicalId":53600,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Information Systems and Change Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"67133248","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A generic standard cloud-based application like Google Docs is among the first to be considered for adoption. Thus, it is worthy to examine what factors influence trust and the intention of continuing use for such a cloud-based application. Unlike traditional, on-premise applications, familiarity is not an issue for trusting generic, simple cloud-based applications. Moreover, perceived risk is low enough that it has negative, as opposed to the usual positive, impact on trust and the intention of continuing use. The results of this study also imply that the agile adoption of standard cloud-based applications needs to consider factors, including perceived privacy control, system quality, and user satisfaction because these factors can increase the trust of users. Theoretical and practical implications were drawn from the findings of this study.","PeriodicalId":53600,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Information Systems and Change Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78408824","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research explaining variance in the use of adopted innovations in health care settings is sparse, suggesting the need for a theoretical model to guide research and practice. In this article, we describe the development of a hybrid conjoint decision theoretic model designed to predict the sustainability of organizational change in health care settings. An initial test of the model's predictive validity using expert scored hypothetic profiles resulted in an r-squared value of .77. The test of this model offers a theoretical base for future research on the sustainability of change in health care settings.</p>","PeriodicalId":53600,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Information Systems and Change Management","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.1504/IJISCM.2011.039068","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"30401200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
