The proposed antenna has a compact design size of 20 × 28 mm2 and a distinctive slotted patch configuration printed on a FR-4 substrate. The described antenna has a fractional bandwidth of 130% and an S11 value of less than -10 dB across 3.1-14.52 GHz. The radiator was practically fabricated, and the experimental findings concurred well with the results obtained from the simulation.
