Fundamentally related to inheritance matters have been regulated in Islamic law, but in reality not all Muslims share the inheritance with reference to the provisions regarding the distribution of inheritance in the fiqh Mawaris. Customs and habits that grow in a person's social environment, become the reason that person is bound by a law. Such as Minangkabau customary inheritance law is one area that still uses customary law as a reference for the division of inheritance. The matrilineal inheritance distribution system makes the position of the woman's party higher in terms of inheritance portion than the male's. Whereas in the syar'i texts and in what has been taught the portion of men is twice as large as women. The acceptance of custom or urf as a proposition is a form of Islamic law's attention to the customs that apply in society. Meanwhile, related to the rule of al-adah muhakkamah with custom or urf there is a dispute with the syar'i text. The aims of this study are 1) To determine the leadership style of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri, West Lombok. 2) To find out the Madrasah Head’s implementation of the supervision at Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri West Lombok. 3) To find out the Madrasah Head’s contribution of the leadership style and supervision in increasing the professionalism teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri West Lombok. This research is a qualitative research, while the data obtained in this study were the head of the Madrasah, the teachers, and several students of Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri, West Lombok. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation and observation. The conclusions of this thesis research are 1) The leadership style of the Principal of Madrasah Aliyah Putra al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri in improving teacher professionalism uses a democratic leadership style which means that they are happy to receive suggestions, ideas and criticism from subordinates, communicate policies and problems, build work teams as a family. 2) The supervision carried out by the Madrasah Head in improving teacher professionalism is in a Collaborative form, and 3) The leadership and supervision style of the Madrasah Head makes a significant contribution in increasing the professionalism teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Putra Al-Ishlahuddiny Kediri West Lombok. Based on the conclusions of the research, the Head of Madrasah should make an effort and be committed to developing personal performance (especially teachers) towards the expected professionalism, to create all of this, Madrasah leaders must pay attention to Collaborative Democracy Leadership Style (Collaborative Democracy). This research method is qualitative, employing a case study approach, in which the researcher will delve deeper into information regarding the school's efforts to instill entrepreneurship in students through Market Day activities at Nurul Izzah Islamic Elementary School in Malang City. The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To explain the efforts in instilling an entrepreneurial spirit. 2) To understand the cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit through Market Day. 3) To analyze the efforts in instilling an entrepreneurial spirit through Market Day at Nurul Izzah Islamic Elementary School in Malang City. The findings of the research are as follows: 1) The cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit can be achieved through training and education. 2) The cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit through Market Day involves teachers, students, and parents, with the aim of developing marketing skills. 3) The cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit through Market Day at Nurul Izzah Islamic Elementary School in Malang City is implemented through three stages: the production stage, providing information to parents and the entire school community as stakeholders, and the marketing stage. Student responses are important to know in the use of IT systems as an evaluation. The aim of this study was to find out the value of ATU and BI values in the use of Scola, the correlation between ATU and BI in students using Scola in biology learning at DEK High School. The type of this study was descriptive correlation with a quantitative approach conducted at DEK SMA. The sample of this research consisted of 48 students using the total sampling technique. The data analysis used was the Pearson Product Moment correlation test and the t test and it was found that the data were normally distributed. The results showed that Attitude Toward Using was 72% with high criteria. Behavioral Intention was 74% with high criteria, and the correlation between ATU and BI had a value of r = 0.74 (strong correlation) this means that there is a positive correlation and the t test results obtained tcount = 7.37 which is greater than ttable = 1.67. The Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business's student body of 87 respondents from the study sample of students majoring in Islamic Banking was utilized to gather the research's data. The validity and reliability test, normality test, traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination test (R2) are the data analysis techniques employed. The study's findings indicate that (1) motivation has a favorable and considerable impact on career interest in the Islamic banking sector, both partly and concurrently. (2) A person's educational background has a favorable and substantial impact on their desire in a job in the Islamic banking sector. (3) Financial benefits considerably and favorably influence career interest in the Islamic banking sector. The informants in this study were foundation heads, school principals, teachers, education staff, and the development team. Data analysis techniques by means of coding. The results of the study found that: (1) The efforts of the chairman of the foundation in improving the performance of school principals and teachers at the East Lombok Khairurrosyidin Foundation are by applying a transformational leadership model and planning all school programs in a participatory and coordinative manner, solving problems and making decisions together, leading and mobilizing subordinates objectively, using formal and informal power, disposing tasks proportionally, building solidarity, setting an example, building transparency, encouraging continuation of studies, conducting comparative studies, education and training, assisting problem solving, and providing rewards. The strategies referred to this research are about the ways carried out by parties who have a relationship with the development of the students’ emotional quotient, with those strategies it is hoped that the students’ emotional quotient can develop easily without having to sacrifice big things. The objectives of this research were to find out how the strategies for developing the students’ emotional quotient were, and how the quality of emotional quotient was developed at the Foundation of Attohiriyah Alfadiliyah Islamic Boarding School in Bodak, Central Lombok. This type of research was descriptive qualitative research. Techniques used in collecting the data were observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The researcher used data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing in doing data analysis. The results of the research showed that the strategies used in developing the students’ emotional quotient were in the form of (1) studying the book of Ta'lim Muta'allim and the book of Al-Akhlak Lil Banin, (2) Avoiding excessive criticism, avoiding derogatory comments, or making fun of children, (3) Using visitation and praise to train children, (4) Teaching to be honest, (5) Getting used to or managing emotions. This study aims to design and describe the feasibility level of mufrodat pocket media in learning Arabic. The research method used is development research, using a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The subjects of the research trial consisted of two material experts and two media experts, as well as 20 class IX students at SMP IT Ummi Ayuni Perbaungan Academic Year 2022/2023. Data analysis techniques for the feasibility of the media using quantitative descriptive analysis. The processing results of this study indicate that the mufrodat pocket media in learning Arabic is considered appropriate by material experts with an average overall score of 78%, and the assessment by media experts as a whole gets an average score of 83% with a very decent category. Furthermore, student assessments in field trials as a whole got an average score of 80% in the very high category. From these results, the developed mufrodat pocket media can be used by teachers and students, especially class IX, SMP IT Ummi Ayuni Perbaungan.
