The\u0000phenological stages, quality traits of fruits and some chemical parameters were\u0000evaluated. Start flowering was determined at April 17th (’Resse’), while end of\u0000flowering was identified the period April 27th -28th. Period of flowering was 9 to 12\u0000days as average for studied years 2019-2020. Fruit’s weight have varied between\u0000120.55 g (’Resse’) and 179.46 g (’Remo’), while fruit’s equatorial diameter have varied\u0000between 65.82 mm and 74.87 mm at ‘Resse’ and respectively ‘Remo’, but no\u0000statistically distinct differences registered between all studied apple cultivars. The\u0000values of the soluble dry solids range between 14.65° Brix (‘Resse’) to 17.05° Brix\u0000(‘Relinda’), and the total dry solids has recorded values between 17.95% (’Resse’) to\u000021.39% (‘Remo’). The studied apple cultivars showed variability but some got\u0000remarked through large fruit’s size or high level of soluble dry solids.

In order to evaluate the agrobiological and technological\u0000potential of some valuable hybrid elites, in the period 2016 - 2018, two elites were\u0000studied: ‘E.H. 10-1-6’ and ‘E.H. 6-1-1’. The results obtained from this study showed\u0000that these hybrid elites have a high productive and qualitative potential, show high\u0000biological resistance to the main diseases of the vine, and can be proposed for\u0000approval in order to improve the national assortment, in the context of sustainable\u0000viticulture.

Wine samples were taken from Ştefăneşti–Argeş,\u0000Babadag and Drăgăşani viticultural centres. Determination of the oenological\u0000parameters has been made for the following wine cultivars: Riesling Italian, Fetească\u0000Regală, Sauvignon Blanc, Feteascǎ Neagră, Merlot and Pinot Noir. The chemical\u0000parameters were determined using a Mindray BS 200 oenological analyser and the\u0000statistical analysis of the results was carried out using the Duncan test. A correlation\u0000was made between the parameters of the six wine cultivars from the three viticultural\u0000centres, focusing on the correlations between the total polyphenols of wines and their\u0000antioxidant activity.
